$CREX Looking like we could see $2.85 tomorrow, the second proposal price by Pegasus on 5/1/23 to acquire the company. I never thought the drawdown would see this level. On the flip side, she could correct to $3.50 side. Gotta love the bumpy ride.

$CREX the selling is to be done for losses and is for tax purposes. The smart people are selling now and will buy back in 30 days. The selling began just before earnings for those that knew of the report to come and understood that CREX wasn’t going to be meeting its promised guidance from earlier. Give it another 2-3 weeks and some of the buyers may be getting back in again at discounts after utilizing the sells for tax purposes. 😉

$CREX Issue is, when you aren't reliable with guidance, people just assume the worst, until more clarity arrives.

@MrRonoldFrown $CREX I don't think market was pricing in much, it has always been a bit low with the valuation. I'd like to think they can at least hit $50M for the year. Would be 12% YoY increase in revenue, with only $10M revenue in Q4. Would think that they could do $12M Q4, though.

$CREX Growth YOY of 25% and trading south of 1 X earnings. With Q3 earnings they basically showed they are positive Earnings on a go forward basis and will easily do $8-10m of EBITDA next year. What am I missing here? What has the market priced in to justify the price move?

$CREX Just an observation. Why would CRI project shortfall in Q4 24 and FY 24 guidance? The company has been rolling/smashing YOY quarterly results. Now, all of sudden, delays in deployment will result in a flat YOY Q4 (yet record FY 24). I believe this strategy is to purposely hold the price < $4.48 (70% of 6.40) and < $5.12 (80% of 6.40 for extra $1) to gain approval of Reflect stockholders of CRI’s interpretation of the Merger Agreement. The remaining Reflect stockholders (some have already sold at market price) are willing not to fight for the reverse split argument of $19.20/share guaranteed consideration. On 2/2/25, the share price for consideration will be known. This scenario is a big win for CRI if it can come to fruition, setting up a big second half for 2025.

$CREX i have no doubts in this company's products, and their clients needing what they can provide. Their weakest link is their implementation team and project management or their vendors I believe that the first step was taken with their cross functional team meeting regarding implementation and including their vendors. I pray that this is an ongoing weekly teams meeting now

$CREX Has anyone seen the latest Craig Hallum report on CREX? TipRanks shows they assigned CREX a rating yesterday 11/13. If you have seen, could you please provide summary highlights (rating, price target, narrative, etc)?

@Forshame if you believe in the story, just don’t look at the stock until the end of the year. Stock is gonna take hits - poor 4Q non-guide, end-of-year portfolio rationalization, illiquid trading (wide bid/asks). I’m (very) long $CREX and choosing to close my eyes and sleep better until next quarter’s earnings 😆

@nicjoh $CREX totally agree, more positive than negative. Just need to keep paying down their debt while they continue to add clients... the more larger clients they engage, the less they installation delays on 1 or 2 specific projects will will affect earnings

$TSSI Questions about if/when to sell TSSI after a multi-day/week run...I have bought several times (and sold some) and have current gains between 22% and 242%- had I not sold, there would 5x's... BUT what to sell depends on your initial/maximum position... #1 rule, minimize RISK, #2 make $$$...sell your profits (or some), keep your %/$ position of your total investments at it's peak (it will grow as the stock price increases), sure... add a small trading position (and take your profits), and bank some cash. There are other stocks that have had some bad sell offs that are good buys (i.e. today... $CREX, $KRKNF) and it's ALWAYS GOOD TO HAVE SOME CASH because NO ONE knows what the market will do. Be disciplined, not emotional/hopeful. After Earnings, I suspect AH Thurs/Friday AM, we will see ALOT of action on this stock. TSSI's next goal happens with pursuit of joining the Russell 2000- so spring 2025 buying in advance of summer inclusion. You'll have more opportunities!

$CREX Can't say I totally agree with the sentiments of some members here- but it doesn't matter. What does is- has the story changed? Company does its best year & is confident it will do a better year in 2025! I'm buying on this dip “Our financial results–including 3rd quarter record revenue & profitable bottom-line performance–put us squarely on track for the Company’s best year in its history...While the Company’s active business development pipeline positions us positively for 2025 & beyond, we project a shortfall in revenue against our prior projections for the 2024 4th quarter & the fiscal year as material opportunities have taken longer to finalize, contract & deploy, thus pushing these projected revenues into Y25. We are confident that Y24 will represent record revenue & profitability under any scenario & remain excited about the future & committed to accelerating growth, expanding margins, optimizing our capital structure &, as always, increasing returns for our shareholders.”

@osubuck30 $CREX Yes, they do miss guidance. They need to stop giving it, since they don't control the flow of their clients' installs. The revenue is still there, just not as fast as they guided.

$CREX @Fijas think of yourself as a company owner that wants cheaper shares. What’s the best way to get them without kicking a bunch of dirt on your own company? 😉 Simply do what others do to get your stock price to drop when you know it’s going to be going back up here very shortly. Especially when it does drop you as an owner can scoop in and help your other large investor scoop in as they did today at a lower cost. 😂 Making 🏦 Bank
