$CREX what are people predicting for Q1 revenue numbers? We know ARR went from 16.3M in December 2023 to 17.7M by March 2024, so about 1.4M in new software revenue, which is extremely exciting to see, and it sounded like on the Q4 call the projects were moving along pretty well.

$CREX the most exciting part is they don’t really need to increase headcount and revenues will continue to rise quickly. The software margins are 80%+, and they are growing it almost 20% this year. As that rises more and more, then free cash flow will also rise with it.

$CREX Long term, Rick is looking at consolidating all the small players, a "private equity" approach that will build a company that could evolve into a $150m + company. Don't know his time frame for that, but along the way $CREX will continue to add value.............

@MrRonoldFrown @t_mcc_ @capstackcapital $CREX that should leave a balance due of around $5,000,000 after paying down this year....... wouldn't see why any of the above options wouldn't be available, not crazy about Slipstream executing warrants and getting a larger stake.... are the shares from the executed warrants under any time restriction prior to re-shell

$CREX I normally do not touch an enterprise anywhere near this small, however, I was encouraged by what I saw. As someone who analyses, projects, and values businesses for the largest companies in the world, there was much to like here under the hood. For starters the valuations was reasonable, esp when accounting for smaller scale. There’s are of OpLev to realize as the enterprise scales and hardware sales translate to SaaS (not every time); it’s EBITDA+ with much growth by Top-line and margin expansion. Generates positive FCF which shall continue to grow. It’s a legit company with a robust end-to-end suite of products with a proven track record. There’s lots of levers for mgmt to pull especially as they aggressively delever.

$CREX projecting this business out exciting bc has such strong underlying economics. Keys: minimizing dilution, grow ARR, maximizing OpLev to drive margin expansion, focus on FCF growth and margin, maintaining adequate leverage. FCF is the driving force of value creation. If mgmt runs this ship properly as it has, this thing can churn out CF.

$CREX All stocks have periods of underperformance as fundamentals backfill into the price. It's these drawdowns that are the test of conviction. As long as the business is executing/growing/earning more - it will create a coiled spring for the next leg. Debt is decreasing and significant customer count is increasing. We will look back at this price range (3.15-3.35) and see an obvious bottom-
