$COUV that is the other guy who owns 40,000,000 (40 million) COUV shares. Adrian and crew had a meeting with him and Brendan (who owns 5 million shares +/-) roughly two years ago. They will be in a loosely based (could be contractual based by now) non sellers of their shares. I told you all that Adrian visited the states back then to meet with both of them to apparently convince them to hold their position. Looks like they have negotiated seats on the board as well?
