$COUV there is other energy development/research companies located on the same science park as Carbon-ion. I think they will try to merg/sell their idea to one of these other companies, including merging their company shares (which we all own) with the other company and attempt to take the company public. That way they cover their debts by being absorbed by another. Just a theory in my head
