$COSM IM talking about Siokas because I WAS a LT investor for a LONG period and gave him NUMEROUS chances to fix the issues. He is getting nowhere near profitability and the cash burn suggests another offering as he is facing a NASDAQ delisting and R/s AGAIN to correct the deficiency. I have BEEN talking about Siokas for 2+ yrs. I defended him the 1st yr when they were clearly getting horribly manipulated. But as history has unfolded-he has learned nothing and/or keeps making himself loom complicit in the original naked shorting. THAT is why people are talking about Siokas and pissed about their investment. PPS is down over 95-99% since uplisting. Many small/microcaps have been hammered by naked shorting but very few have been blistered like this (UNLESS they were corrupt or absolutely horribly managed).

$COSM you don’t understand that all this talk about Siokas would have been a non problem during a normal market. All this shorting create these problem. Or at least amplifies them tenfold. The best way to fight shorts is to build the company and aim towards profitability. I think he does that.

$COSM Yes and no. Read my last reply on getting back in. He has several, specific moves he can (or could have) made to combat the shorting but instead, he constantly feeds INTO the shorting with his actions which he is getting ready to do again

$COSM I look at this as STRICTLY a swing trade now. I was looking to get back in awhile back as an investment due to what COULD be if Siokas got out of his own way but the myriad of mistakes and consistently repeating the same ones has made that jighly unlikely now. Once again, he is facing a NASDAQ delisting scenario, need to raise cash, possible R/s and he is NOT discussing that ST reality with investors which is the perfect timing to get drilled again by naked shorting w/ little risk as they can cover into the offering & R/s sell off. He could quash the cash issue by leveraging the unencumbered properties for capital as the company previously announced (then promptly did an offering allost 50% below where it was consistently trading for 6.mos) followed up by MATERIAL open market purchases and then shut talks doen on the need for future offerings or R/s at these levels. What is he doing instead...? Feeding RIGHT into the short thesis...!
