$COMM Assuredly the share price has caused a lot of pain. Bearishness due to the Interest Coverage Ratio continues. However. The ICR is calculated on TTM earnings but note that Forward PE is very low at 3. Then looking at valuation margin based on Free Cash Flow...its more than excellent. Insiders have been exclusively buying for almost a year, and the +80% institutional ownership is not shorting the stock. The next earnings release (May 9) might be interesting. Not sure why they have not mentioned upside due to AI data center build out but their distributors believe they will benefit.

$COMM Besides terrible optics it also raises the question of was this necessary to keep him from leaving which would have buried the stock even further. A 16% CEO pay raise when you have been laying off employees makes you wonder who would want to work for such a company. Brutal move.

@TriPragmatist $COMM is fore sure going bankrupt. A ton of large bankruptcies coming if they don’t cut rates tomorrow. I think $IWM and biotech and a whole bunch of things will go bust in the next 6 months but healthy small caps will be thrown out for a while, including $UI I don’t know if we hold lows to be honest

$COMM After being In a meeting today, I can say that there will not be a sell off or a fire sale of assets. Ruckus had an exceptional year. Additionally, there won't be any bankruptcy filing, as several bears keep citing. The company has plans, and they are positive and forward looking. Cost cutting measures are taking effect, where feasible, company wide. From what I've heard, debt is being refinanced. In May, CTI, the transport arm of Commscope is getting 16 new tractors and 23 new trailers for its fleet. Overall, the tide will turn for Commscope, starting in the 3rd quarter and beyond. Order outlook is expected to increase significantly, especially in Fiber sales. Recovery will take time, debt will be reduced in the years ahead, but unlike the naysayers, we are not going anywhere.
