$COE “51Talk's guidance for Q1 2024 anticipates net gross billings between $11.5 million and $12.0 million.” As the financial report was released on 24th March 2024, this GB number is a given , it will be ~ 11.8M$ or more for Q1-2024 versus 8.1M$ in Q1-2023 That will be ~ + 45% growth

$COE I like the company. I have some issues one I'm not sure what everybody else is seeing in financials. I see negative somebody else sending me messages that it was actually positive. Still confused at what they're talking about. Two we have a CEO who sold and shares right before the crackdown. Therefore easy someone we trust? 3 there is no volume and with that no value until the public actually sees something that inspires them to buy. We go up last week volume of 3000 shares and people in here get excited. There has to be something that brings public interest. Don't tell me about the owner or CEO who sold at $40 before the crackdown while the rest of the shareholders when tumbling down. That's the same CEO we have right now. Do I think the company will be successful? Yes will it take time? Yes. Do I trust a CEO? Absolutely not. I have a very low cost average and I have bought here and there. I have approximately now 14,000 shares. I am not looking to flip it.

$COE interesting to analyse that the company demonstrated nearly 4% market share (overall market not only english) in 2022.. If in the coming years it could only get 2% of 2029 market that would translate in 400M$ of yearly gross billings (today the run-rate is ~ 48M$) The english language is the most required worldwide, sure it takes 50% of the overall online teaching market

$COE Since the beginning i knew that there are 3 phases in COE re-development . 1) restart from scratch on the international market and get rid off Chinese unpredictable regulation 2) let the founder re-invest the amount he saved during the mainland china education crackdown 3) when done, let the stock fly again.. the founder wants to be successful again without unpredictable blow out I’m patient

$COE a little analysis : 27.4M$ of students advances which will require ~ 23% to be converted into revenue (77% gross margin). So a revenue cost of 6.3M$. thats 21M$ of future gross margin. So on 23.4M$ cash + equivalent , 6.3M$ is locked to convert the student advances into revenue. So net free cash available is ~ 17.1M$ and as long gross billings is higher than cost of operations, $COE will remain cash flow positive. It doesnt look like but if analysed in details the balance sheet is sound even that sh. equity is negative and even on a net basis the result is negative.

User Image Swissinvestch Posted - 1 month ago

$COE Another quarter, cash positive (+550k US$). around 1M$ if we consider pre-paids. 2023 has been cash profitable and its good to see that they hold the line , growing yes, but being cash flow positive. Gross billings run rate to be ~ 48M$ At 3x GB (w/ positive cash flow) fair valuation is ~ $25 !

$COE another steady foot forward for 51 talk. A business that grows 50% per year and is already undervalued will make a great long term compounder for those that stick around

$COE price actions is what it is… valuation is based on demand and supply. This company is mostly out of the radars yet. Will see when it more under the radar. Execution w/ positive cash flow is key .. metrics have to improve. Otherwise, it will stay unknown.
