$COE we have a 10-day average of less than 4,000 shares being sold daily. There has to be a catalyst. I got that it jumped I mean I bought it at$5 so I'm not complaining but there has to be something to occur that brings the stock out. Right now this is borderline depressing because if somebody was to buy 50,000 shares the stock would go up $10

$COE
Quick analysis on the conditions at US IPO in June 2016 w/ a $19 price (or $76 after reverse split , excluding dilutions until now). Of course they were targeting mainland Chinese market (99%) which is not the case anymore since 2 years when the company answered to the Chinese Education Sector crackdown by moving HQ to Singapore and restarted from scratch 100% only international market.
Revenue, gross billings
(w/ mostly net loses during the whole time but cash flow positive).
———
Q2-16 14.6M$ 29.4M$
Q3-16 18.1M$ 35M$
Q4-16 18.5M$ 41.1M$
Q1-17 23.2M$ 47M$
Q2-17 28.3M$ 52.4M$
Q3-17 35.5M$ 53.1M$
Q4-17 40.1M$ 60.5M$
w/ estimated Q3-24 at 13M$ revenue and 18M$ gross billings we are not far of the conditions of the US IPO at that time. But its interesting to see how scalable is 51Talk business model (EdTech w/ central platform).

$COE A recap of coming earning
For Q3, Expect revenue between 12 and 14M$
Gross billings ~ 18M$ (they often beat hi-range outlook) or 72M$ yearly
Rev / Gross billings / GB run-rate
Q1-2022 1.9M$ 5.3M$ 21.2M$
Q2-2022 3.5M$ 7.8M$ 31.2M$
Q3-2022 4.6M$ 8.2M$ 32.8M$
Q4-2022 5.1M$ 7.5M$ 30M$
Q1-2023 5.6M$ 8.1M$ 32.4M$
Q2-2023 6.3M$ 9.8M$ 39.2M$
Q3-2023 7.8M$ 10.9M$ 43.6M$
Q4-2023 7.7M$ 11.1M$ 44.4M$
Q1-2024 9.4M$ 12.6M$ 50.4M$
Q2-2024 11M$ 15.9M$ 63.6M$
Q3-2024 (E) 13M$ 18M$ 72M$
In my mind as an scalable high gross margin EdTech (and growing between 30+% is a 3x times gross billings valuation or ~ $38
We could expect ~ 20 to 23M GB for Q4 if the momentum is still in the right direction.
For next year, addressing the 600M Spanish population will add the potential.. in this 2030 70B$ market

$COE it would be nice they report earlier than waiting 2 months after the end of the quarter.
The outlook may be less precise but most of good companies report only one month after a the closing of a quarter.

$COE one thing I really dislike about this stock is how illiquid it is. Volume daily is abysmal rendering it nearly impossible to either buy or sell without moving the stock by less than 3%. I am not normally one for stock promotion but the company needs to do something to get greater interest. Presentation at Some seminars might be a start.

$COE not sure it has been already reported but Turkish language website being up. Targeting 90M population. Another good move which will pay off with more international customers.
Now lets have also Japan, South Korea and Spanish …
