$CMLS Very interesting opportunity at this valuation. Assuming radio and economic trends don’t fall off a cliff, they can pay off around 50 million in debt every 2 years (midterm and general election) but be left with not much cash flow in non election year (assuming they pay off 50 million more this year, in 2025 they could be looking at 90 million ebitda - 62 million interest exp- 25 million capex). Not a great spot to be in for non election years, but they do have 50 million cash and valuable assets they could sell to avoid chances of default in short term. If digital revenue keeps growing around 5% or more, they limit radio losses to low single digits, and national advertising makes a bit of a rebound, I reckon this stock could make you very wealthy. Too bad management isn’t encouraging at all, makes me hesitate here. Anybody who has been following this company longer have any thoughts?

$CMLS Huge bargain when you compare to its peers, $IHRT & $BBGI. IHRT has an EV at 7-8x of CMLS and revenue and cash flow is about 4x. Both BBGI and IHRT are priced at roughly a 2x premium to CMLS. If and when, radio turns around, CMLS will have the largest ROI.
