$CLIS It means nothing, but a nearly 10,000% daily return is a little sexy to glance at. Time for the current incarnation of CLIS to clean up all the filthy vermin-infested remnants of its fraudulent past! $CLIS - 😂 - (temporarily) losing 2 decimal spots and “spiking” from .000001 to .001 this afternoon after digesting news of Tucker’s Preferred shares being CANCELLED at another company - after using the same “consultant” blueprint at CLIS. I’m looking forward to seeing if CLIS will rectify things like Clean Vision did.

$CLIS Clis needs to raise five million dollars and then do some heavy marketing (Fox business channel, CNBC and few others) to execute offering at .5-.75 cents a share. No more .005 offerings and Nasdaq BS. We as shareholders provided millions of dollars of seed money and should get good return on investment. "Seed investors shoot for a 100x return; Series A investors need an investment to return 10x to 15x and later stage investors aim for 3x to 5x multiple of money. This translates into portfolio returns from 20% to 35% targeted IRRs."

$CLIS Many have messaged and went after Smith regarding the his role in keeping investors in the dark and potentially scamming them, yet what about Raymond Brothers? He is the one with whom represented the RN name and is/was the CLIS director. He is a prominent agent in the NBA, why not approach him on his socials and ask what his role was in this ordeal? More over, what is he going to do to rectify this wrong. Not certain about anyone else, yet it is time for some answers, regardless of how bitter they may be.

@sgabrel21 I don’t think the citizenship of DGF individuals is relevant. $CLIS knew they were offshore (to CLIS, in the USA) lenders. And I’ve been told that DGF is known as a bottom-feeder lender. Let’s face it, with the backgrounds of Tucker and the prior CLIS management, it’s not like a lender such as JP Morgan, Bank of America Wells Fargo or Citibank was eager to do business with them. Bottom-feeders gravitate towards bottom-feeders.
