$CLIR Somehow I never quite understand this stuff. Right now I am looking at the Short Float and assume that means that less than 1% of shareholders are currently shorting, so everyone is Bullish. Sounds off, but am I reading this right? A little help appreciated, please and thanks!

$CLIR What we learned this week:
1. A second fossil was added to the board. Now they have bookend fossils with Hoffman and Maley.
2. The stock printed a fresh 52 week low on high volume today to close the week.
3. Deller will not even talk about China on the end of year call.
4. Dilution, dilution, dilution...
5. Deller is practically begging someone, anyone on Earth to believe this gets to breakeven before they go try to raise/dilute again.
6. Deller wants people to believe the recent raise/dilution was "strategic" rather than a sheer act of desperation by a company with practically no sales after five years of his "leadership."

$CLIR Lot of posts on salesforce recently on this board. Well, IMO the first (and second, and third) priority is to have GOOD products , thoroughly tested in "real life" environment. In somewhat conservative( read: extremely cautious) industries like Clearsign is serving, the only thing what really matters is to bring 100% reliable, superior products with excellent performance statistics. If that's not the case, salesmen with colourful ties and gel in their hair won't make the difference. Not at all ! These (often pretty large) companies want to see such a complete new technology properly working in other companies facilities first, not just lab scale. And they want to see it once, and they want to see it twice... and then, just to be sure, they want to see it for the 3rd time. Jim Deller understands that better than anybody else. Although a bit shy, not too flashy CEO ( this is a compliment) he now has brought Clearsign to that point... Harvest season is starting , enjoy it !

$CLIR And some more interesting, most promising quotes from Jim Deller: "Back in November, we announced the hiring of Matthew Martin as our CTO....One of his many credentials that he is a world-class practitioner of a very sophisticated computer modeling technology that allows us to predict the structure, flame patterns, heat transfer and chemistry and planes and heaters or boilers in which they are positioned. We have now invested in this capability and this has allowed us to not only meet the immediate requirements of this new application for us, but to vet the road map to develop the next generation of horizontally fired ClearSign burners. I cannot go into technical details here. We will not be in a position to publish those details in the short term, while we are still ensuring a new intellectual property is protected. I do believe that this will be significant for this new market and will also have implications for our boiler burner market." Brilliant move, making Matthew Martin CTO

$CLIR Metric mentioned below by Jim Deller seems more relevant than the "2000 systems discussion" below. And it seems feasible, very realistic to get to that point before long.

$CLIR Jim Deller in latest call: "Our estimate of a run rate to breakeven is just 160 burners per year. Bear in mind that the 2 heaters we have just started up in California included 13 burners and the order we have in production for the L.A. area includes 20 burners. We do not believe that this is an extraordinary number. And given the developments I've just summarized, we believe that the path to get there is tangible. Simply put, the money we raised was strategic and based on our estimate of the amount that we believe will be required to get us to that critical point of cash flow breakeven. In closing, there are a number of significant items to participate in the near term. The formal third-party emissions testing, the second recently started up heater is expected to be impactful in the industry due to the extreme technical complexity of that operation, and we will issue a press release where this performance as officially confirmed."

$CLIR @vo2macs claims CLIR will EASILY sell 2,000 systems in either the next 12 months or the following 12 months. So about FORTY (40) per week. Let's all keep score! Let's see all of those EASILY made sales come rolling in!!! Remember, FORTY PER WEEK.
