It provides its services to dry bulk charterers, including national and private industrial users, commodity producers and traders, oil producers, refineries, and commodities traders and producers. The company owns and operates a fleet of two drybulk carriers, which transport major bulks, such as iron ore, coal and grains, as well as minor bulks comprising bauxite, phosphate, and fertilizers, and one Aframax crude oil tanker that transports crude oil. C3is Inc. was founded in 2021 and is based in Athens, Greece.

$CISS The company is under a one-year monitoring period (from April 27, 2024, to April 27, 2025) as mandated by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel. If the company falls out of compliance during this period: Automatic Delisting: Nasdaq will issue a delisting determination letter without offering the company the usual compliance period or the ability to submit a plan to regain compliance. Right to Appeal: The company will have the right to request a new hearing to appeal the delisting decision. However, the appeal is not guaranteed to prevent delisting. Current Status: Since the stock price has fallen below $1.00, the company is no longer compliant with the Nasdaq minimum bid price rule. Nasdaq staff may soon initiate the delisting process, given the prior deficiency history.
