@BigD16 Yes, it involves giving out personal and sensitive information as well. I honestly was less concerned about that aspect than the fact that blockchain and crypto exchanges are ran differently. I recently got burned by Voyager who went into Bankruptcy and the courts allowed them to claim investors investments as their own. But seeing as how I don’t plan on investing on Upstream as much as receiving shares like preferred $BTSC and spin-off $ERLR I figure it should hopefully be alright. GLTA

@riketo_ the float is ridiculously small. $ETH.x will rise over the fall months. I think $BTSC could go up 3-5x simply from the float size. and if earnings go up....

$BTSC For anyone interested, I have reached out to a law firm who specializes in this type of case to see if there is any recourse we can take to recoup any money. I told the attorney that I believe there are other investors who would like to be included as a class action suit. The attorney is looking in to this case as of today, so he will get back to me and let me know if he believes this is worth pursuing. I will post his response, but I feel this will put everyones mind at ease if we get some sort of answer on this. Please check back so I can get information from those who wish to be included if attorney feels we have a case.

$BTSC Why not all those who lost the money with BTSC got together to take legal action. I wish I could, but I live in Reunion Island. Pourquoi tous ceux qui ont perdu le l'argent avec BTSC ne se sont pas regroupé pour intenter des actions en justice. J'aurais bien aimé pouvoir le faire mais j'habite La Reunion.

$BTSC I noticed that the asset is apparently trading on https://stocktwits.com/symbol/BTSC, at $0.02; I saw that the NYSE still lists them, though they don't carry an ongoing value; it is still a listed account on the Fidelity Brokerage web site though value is $0. Does anyone have any expectations for this stock?
