$BREZ So anyway, stop me if you've heard this one before. An oil guy, a space satellite company, an ammo company, and some left field bio pharm company, all walk into The Pink Sheets bar. Bartender looks at this disjointed group with a skeptical eye and asks, "So what are you boys having?" Oil guy looks at the bartender and says, "A round of continuances for everyone in the place and keep them coming! We're going to be here a while!" The bartender, obviously annoyed by now, says, "Buddy you've got pocket lint in your pockets, now how do you expect to pay for all this?" Oil guy replies with a wink and a smile, "Pffffft, no sweat, I got a "good buddy" coming here with $15 million any day now. He just found out he's kin to a rich oil Sheik from Nigeria and as soon he gets the money wired to him after that $50k advance for transaction fees, we're on like Donkey Kong!" Bah da bum bum bum. Great joke, isn't it? Too bad we're the punch line......

$BREZ who is buying more? how many times we’ve been burned on these guys. They have a record for the most failed mergers. I’m hoping they pull off a miracle now, after years of holding on.

@valorallure $BREZ Are you thinking redemption is an inevitable conclusion here, even though they mentioned they are searching for another merger. (Of course, they only have 3.5 months to do that.) I’m still holding some warrants; wishing I’d sold when they were up ~200%.

$BREZ has Continental Trust as trustee, JP Morgan as deposit bank and UBS as broker. They prepay both income tax and franchise tax which is a prudent tax management strategy. The CFO is also the CEO and he has extensive tax management experience. SPAC trust seems well managed which is good for SPAC arbitragers. No funny business in Trust Agreement or Charter. I think this one is a good deal to buy below NAV and redeem in December.

$BREZ Even though this SPAC has moved to OTC, terminated it merger agreement and has been sold by virtually all institutional investors, it still sells far below NAV at redemption. Common shares irregardless of exchange can still be redeemed for pro rata share of trust at redemption date. I like the value on the commons here. SPAC is still current on SEC filings. I also like they've prepaid income and franchise taxes.

$BREZ did e1's account automatically adjust to the new tickers? I just chatted with etrade and they told me I'd have to contact BREZ regarding the issue. I shot them an email; we'll see what happens. TIA

$BREZ e1 else's brokerage successfully change over to the new ticker and make your holdings tradeable? Etrade still has my holdings untradeable and hasn't updated the tickers; just a serial number for both warrants and commons. TIA
