Been buying $BPT for the last 3 days. Loaded up full and ready for those future dividends. They will have no dividend payments posted tomorrow but future quarters will if WTI oil futures average above $84!!

$BPT I'd be wary of this. If it does not reach a dividend payment for Q2 then it could dissolve on you. Even if it does reach the break even, the dividend will be minuscule, with a significant chunk held to pay back "administrative fees" for the quarters that didn't pay. If you are in and it does move, be prepared to pull the trigger. It's a dangerous game.
