$BOXL wow - B share holders are owed $15million? There is your short problem. When the company can't pay the B holders, the B/C holders will have the right to convert the debt to equity and take the company private. (C holders can convert in 2026) This company has long since been cooked but hopefully now people like @Torgy and @Gtymarom can understand why better. Interpret their going concerns however you want - but for me it sounds a lot like they're trying to warn they're struggling to find a refinance partner because of these insane debts owed. Even if things improved and the SP jumped, any new lender would have to factor the 15m Preferred B shares into the debt need. There is simply no way with their current sales and declining profits that they can meet their debt servicing obligations should Class B holders move to convert

As long as we want to keep offering our employees the virtually worthless stock option while taking in big executive salaries, we'll keep this declining racket of TV panels going (probably).
