$BGXX How does that help you at all when there are other, more important determinants of where a stock is going? Shouldn’t you be studying those things instead? If there is an rs, it won’t happen until 8-15-2024 if it’s only necessary to reach a dollar. The value of the stock will be the same just less shares, and be above a dollar.

$BGXX Per the financial statements, they had no cash in January of 2024 and they had to pay 4 consultants in shares because they had no cash. This indirectly confirms that they have no employees (as they had no cash for payroll) and their executives are consultants, not employees. This is a massive red flag.
