(“ECOSYS”) entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Amazonas Florestal. The interesting aspects are the businesses ECOSYS used to be in going from Heritage Explorations (an oil drilling services business) to Ecologic Car Rentals to Ecologic Shine, a proprietary waterless car cleaning process. $AZFL Sadly I took a loss here a few thousand dollars, since I'm diversified I did not have all my eggs here. Its was purely speculation. Since my other stuff is booming, I only hope to recuperate at least 50% of my losses. I hope Ricardo gets arrested , guilty and goes away for a long time for this crap.

$AZFL hey anyone here holding this. Just an FYI I sold out of this in June 2021 and I'm happy I did back then. At the time I questioned that decision since 2022 looked like a legalization year for companies like Amazonas and Sundial. I'm very glad I didn't lose out on millions due to potential rocket. I lost thousands though due to a slow fizzle. Lots of hype around weed stocks in 2021 and I don't blame anyone for holding this. 1: weed could have been legalized. 2: AZFL could have been a legit company 3: investing is the long haul not the short cash loss/ grab Anyway here to write and tell you that it wasn't a bad play. It was a bad company. Plain and simple and they mislead investors. Also known as fraud.

$AZFL Looks like the Florida AG is going to proceed soon with an investigation of the company. Ricardo Cortez has been putting dribs and drabs of positive, enticing information out for years to pull in more unsuspecting investors. Nothing ever pans out (failed Colorado crop, GAL facility, Tikal Dreams, etc). He’s a scam artist plain and simple. File your own complaint if you wish to help pressure the Gvt to move faster.

$AZFL I currently have a stock i owned 7-8 years ago in the last two years they came out of BK, hopefully merging with another company who needs a large write off which will minus out the Debt of this one..... CEO IN JAIL FOR 14 YEARS his part in fraud. hoping for a 1$ price
