$NTAC After talking with AG/Gov office (and various people), bad news for Ballout. As we all know, Sen. Menendez, chairman of SEC was busted for fraud and bribery, and this is an election year. Whispers are, SEC and the Gov (courts as well) are angry as hell and looking to make an example, especially with Ballout and his "ties" with Ukraine/Russia. SEC is going to throw the whole book at him and press for the federal/criminal charges. Ballout is looking at 50 years to life, the other two guys are looking at 30-40 years in prison - those are the whispers (unofficially). Those charges may or may not happen when they are officially announced, but the consequences are going to be exceedingly severe. Another scam many of us fell for is $AXXA - the eye of SEC will be turning to them soon, more falsified financial reports. SEC is out for blood!
