$AXIM one a week? This one came earlier than the rest. We need to see the numbers. The MC is not adding up by my best guess. FCF was expected last year, yet I do not believe they have brought in enough shops yet. It’s hard to tell. At one point there was a projected number of sales to achieve FCF. Since I’ve read snippets of releases and such it sounded like each business was purchasing more than the original projections. But no word on where the profitability threshold is. The DeD business continues to be established by versa. It is growing but sales numbers are needed to determine where we stand. Updates on the Parkinson’s, opioid, and even COVID need to be provided. The Covid titer tests should be marketed to the jab companies IMO. I’m tired of searching out clues and trying to figure out how this company has stalled so fantastically all while (apparently) progressing toward sustainability. The MC is suspect.

$AXIM Another detail I wanted to share from the 10K. PAGE 14. "On February 20, 2024, AXIM announced that Verséa™ Ophthalmics, LLC, placed an order for an additional 50 of IUL Lateral Flow Readers." If AXIM and Verséa were anywhere close to CLIA Waiver approval, they would not order just 50 readers. There would be an order of 300 or 500 or 1000 readers. Besides that, according to one post or video some customers are purchasing two readers so they can run both tests concurrently to save time. Look at AXIM realistically. This company has a lot of potential and hopefully just a few months down the road. Keep watching. Hang on to some dry powder. About the only things to budge AXIM share price in the short-term is a potential merger or acquisition or a new merchandising agreement for the Parkinsons disease test. I do think AXIM has to consider a merchandising agreement for the Parkinsons disease test because they are bleeding too much cash right now.

$AXIM it may be worth pursuing the Covid tests still. If they are selling the tests that were originally provided by the government for 20 bucks there is still a market out there thanks to the media and an upcoming election. Besides the difference between positive/negative and protected/unprotected is considerably wide margin. The science is done, the studies have been used by the CDC as a reference point. I’m fairly certain that the studies showed what jab was “more” effective. Go to that pharmaceutical company and work out a deal. They have the muscle to counter the FDA and there is clearly still concern across the globe.

$AXIM Obviously a bug on the website. "Please sign in to see pricing" but if you click the cart icon, the price is visible. This is a bug on the website in my opinion. I'm sure you have to create an account to Purchase these tests. The Account setup process should verify and validate the CLIA compliance status of the account location ordering the product. The website shows $1125 for IgE tests and Lactoferrin Tests. From the following LinkedIn post there is a picture of a box of 50 tests. $1125 ÷ 50 = $22.5 per test. https://www.linkedin.com/posts/kyledkluteod_optometry-optometry-optometrists-activity-7182089642018578432-SGx6?utm_source=share&utm_medium=member_android Why would Verséa Ophthalmics stop posting updates to their LinkedIn page? Unless there is another bug on the website that allows ordering product with a drop ship without an account setup. Another reason we need CLIA waivers ASAP.

$AXIM Does Verséa Ophthalmics have a new website? I have not noticed this website before. Has anyone else noticed this website before?? https://verseaeyecare.com/ Versea might need a website like this for a couple of reasons. ** Make Re-orders easier for their existing customers already setup as a CLIA compliant office. ** Make ordering easier once CLIA Waivers are submitted and approved. I did not think about an additional website for customers when listing the required steps prior to CLIA Waiver approvals. Just another sign that a plan is being followed.

$AXIM nothing being posted by Verséa Ophthalmics on LinkedIn recently. Even some new customers were not "officially" announced by Verséa Ophthalmics on their LinkedIn page. I mentioned this on the AXIM board on IHUB. AXIM and Verséa must be in some type of merger discussions. But my gut is telling me AXIM and Verséa might be in discussions with a third party with a little more financial backing. NOT a Big Pharma. But a third company where AXIM and Verséa still control the consolidated company. This is just my opinion. What do you think? Another thing I noticed: Everyone associated with the Ophthalmics division seems to have updated their profiles to "Verséa Health" instead of "Verséa Ophthalmics". Could be nothing. Maybe just streamlined messaging for advertising purposes.

$AXIM so that 10k purchase was me today. I added a small block to my position. I did it more to see the price action following and sure enough the price went right back to where it was. Best guess I have is that there is a very large block for sale and it will take some considerable inflow of buys to see this start to climb. That will come once AXIM produces results that will draw investors in. The article/video is a step in the right direction but it needs to be more consistent with some solid numbers.

$AXIM. NEW CUSTOMER 1 OF 2 Versea Health hired Stephen Gizzi as a regional sales manager for the New York metro area 5 months ago. Yesterday Verséa Ophthalmics added a new paying customer from New York. Funny how that works. Verséa Ophthalmics and Verséa Health are building a sales staff that has added new customers from New York to Seattle. From Cincinnati to Miami. Don't forget about the new customers in Colorado, Oklahoma, Texas, Georgia, and Missouri. Most of these new sales managers have been in the EyeCare space for many years and already have customers they have built relationships with over the years. In my opinion, if you want to build a brand new company from the ground up, you probably want to have qualified sales people in all of the major metro areas where your customers live and are doing business. Sure it seems slow right now adding just one customer per week.
