$AXAS Maybe all big players got side deals, the tuth is little guys need to get behind good leadership to even have a chance. No one with enough shares is starting a class prolly if someone had 100k dollars worth at .5 and they contacted lawyers they trust they could start a long game class if enough of us video chat and get an actual claim filed to correct government judicial system if we get a jury the law is more flexible hence selltlement agreement. The first red flag was abraxas' name. I'm muslim and ashamed that I didn't sell at the minor loss after searching the name meaning. Roughly 10k lost, got back like 4k back 14ishk entry cash. $AXAS OK I spoke to another office located in Texas I had posted info on sometime back on “majority shareholder fraud” spoke with the receptionist she’s going to send me an email with contact information to be returned to a Trisha Price. I gave her a little bit of info and she seem to have no problem sending me details. we’re going to end up needing a big fish plaintiff. With 10 million in minor share holdings there should be someone who can take that lead So here is that contact information as well and I will be sharing the info I get in an email with everyone on this thread so we might have two firms that could actually handle this! $AXAS OK I just call this outfit that was posted earlier! Halper Sadeh LLC (212) 763-0060. I spoke with a receptionist and gave her a big spiel and she listen to every word of it and then finally transferred me and of course I didn’t get anybody but I left a long winded voicemail and I mentioned investor hub and that they need to check out Abraxas but I advise everyone and anyone to call over this miss handling is a polite way to put it. Since I am only a small fish I would not be a lead plaintiff they would require someone that had a major loss and once they have that than anyone that’s Lost their investment will become part of the class action suit and Share in whatever recovery is offered. I will wait for a return call and should I get one and I will forward on info as best I can! But it would do us all a Lotta good if everybody that reads this makes the call

$AXAS oil is up almost 25% over the last month. Of course we get bought out as oil is soaring. No way we should take this. I haven't been able to find a lawyer but will join just post on here so we can all join and get what we deserve.

$AXAS hi, someone have any news?? in my case, the stock were sold automatically by 0.5$ but I don't know why, but if I look on the internet, the Axas ticket is still there, it appears without price return (it appears without movement) but it is there as if waiting for some action to be executed, does anyone know if they were really delisted? Could it be that Biglary are stealing all of them from us so that Axas can be listed again later and at a higher price? :(
