$ATAO Now reverse mergers usually come with reverse splits. But I am wondering if the recent reverse split that made absolutely no sense at the time, was an action taken in anticipation for this merger. And while they were in talks for the negotiations for this merger, that's why they have done or said nothing since the reverse split.

All existing Premier shareholders will become ATAO shareholders. And the Subsidiary EV lithium solutions will be removed from ATAO directly after closing.

$LODE There is more volume in $ATAO then here right now. Sometimes LODE seems to be suppressed on purpose. Corrado is going to all these investor conferences and and all the different subsidiaries with news and more coming. ATAO does absolutely nothing. Hmmm.

$ATAO Weird. The whole year the price was stagnant and no volume we kept 1663 watchers. This past month we start seeing a pulse and we loose 11 watchers. Huh. If it were sellers finally selling and not watching anymore wouldn't the price go down, not up?
