$AREC If Mark can't even manage 2 companies. AREC and RMCO what makes us think he can succeed with 5 companies. For fuck sake he couldn't even report Royalty's quarter report. Imagine 5 😂 NOVS AMCC RLMT AREC RMCO

$AREC Guys, there's no hiding it, this quarter has been a mess. So many promises left unfulfilled. - Japan was supposed to generate service revenue. - Reelement was expected to have substantial revenue by Q4. - Marion was supposed to be fully online by Q1. - We were expecting substantial revenue from American Carbon. - The Ghana pilot facility was supposed to be online in January. - Nobelsville was expected to be profitable. - A sale of the carbon division was anticipated. - It's been over 1.5 years since they mentioned the spin-off of Reelement. - It's been somewhere around a year since Mark went to Africa. Nothing has happened since. - Two quarters in a year of almost zero revenue ye he wants someone to buy American Carbon for $300 million. (If someone does, pass them my number; I want to scam them for some more.) This is what I can think of off the top of my head. There's probably more, and they didn't even dare to show us the Q4 results.

$AREC if REelement goes public with just the little micro facility in Noblesville online we are going to see it crash 50-80% till we see any real revenue which is already projected to be late 2025 with the 2 large facilities not being online till then

$AREC Mark wasn't wrong when he said the carbon division is low cost. If he isn't producing anything there are no costs 😂😂😂

$AREC no idea how mark could consider this a "conglomerate" when none of the buisnesses are making cash

$AREC #1 just sell the carbon assets and use the cash for reelement, and distribute a cash dividend #2 do a name change from arec to RELMT #3 quit pretending novusterra is a real company that isn't going to tank 80% after going public just like $RMCO. Instead they want to manage 4 publicly traded penny stocks 🤢🤢. Really confused what to do here after holding so long

$AREC after all this time carbon mines are producing $0 in revenue anyone want shares spin out of that? I don't
inevitablemoney

$AREC so in total 3 companies producing $0 in revenue he believes needs to be spun off 🤢🤢 wayy to early to be spinning off shit. I'm willing to bet novusterra hasn't produced a single gram of graphene

$AREC apparently they plan to spin out american carbon before reelement. Thinking about selling this and just going cash untill they spin out relement this honestly seems kinda shady

$AREC lol they sold $8.5M worth of what I assume is coal equipment… I wonder how they plant to “monetize” (i think they mean remonetize?) the main revenue generating portion of your business

$AREC also love how close Robert Galyen is here. Robert Galyen basically built CATL. And if you don’t know who CATL is, then you should find out asap. Getting direct advise from him is like whispers from god.

$AREC yeah refining from recycled materials and black mass is great and all. But I think the most important glaring fact is getting glosses over. Achieved ultra-pure (99.96%) lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) from its exclusively licensed and patented multi-modal chromatography technology from hard-rock, spodumene bearing pegmatite ore. Straight from virgin ore. Can go straight to someone’s mine. On top of that every single shredder will partner with us as they see we are better environment, and most importantly better on cost. Cost is the real reason everyone is in business. Us being better for the environment is just a plus. $LICY $ABAT $MP

$AREC I’ll say it again. If they spin-off American Carbon and ReElement, the only thing left is American Metals. What would that company be worth per share?
