@LoganRoyWaystarRoyco this is going to hurt some of your egos, but this isn’t an illiquid microcap stock. No one is coming on stocktwits to spread fear and move the needle - that isn’t gonna work 😂 I have zero respect for losers that can’t accept someone disagrees with them without turning it into a conspiracy. Go all in. Take leverage. Sell it short if you’d like. Post about whatever you do all over X. I don’t care and it won’t matter. I’m very open when I’m short. I was short $APRN for ages and everyone knew damn well when I was. I have zero reason to lie and I’m not going to short a name that down like 60% on the week unless there’s an impending terminal risk (ie. A bank with a liquidity crisis). I dedicated a lot of time here. Why the hell wouldn’t I be interested in how this plays out? You guys need to stop turning everything into some kind of us against them conspiracy theory. It’s not that deep.

$AQST The price will unfortunately be controlled and manipulated by tutes and one day out of the blue you wake up with a buyout news. And guess what it might be one of the BPs you never even thought about. We're all thinking Viatris but i think others may be very interested hopefully causing some bids that can go up to 30$. High likely 20-25$ BO imo. Think about all the money BPs could me missing out on this massive market that hasn't been altered with this revolutionary sublingual film. I just followed money and it's gonna be another banger for Venrock. In my early 30s, played and invested heavy on 4/4 Buyouts. Smelled each time with a mile away. 1. $IMMU (biggest) with long shares & options. 2 $SGEN with long shares &options. 3.$IEA with warrants and shares. 4. $APRN with very quick dirty trades. This will be my fifth one. Make Barber Great Again!

@ClearCities its a only a matter of time imo before BPs start kicking the door wanting to talk about BO. This is too revolutionary and Viatris drooling right now just for NDA to be filed probably wanting to make sure pediatric passes. Although it seems cheap, our stock price will be hovering around 10-12+ and the next day, there would be $20-25 BO news (possibly this time next year or sooner) and this whole board will go crazy. Similar to BIOTECH SCANNER, I have a knack for smelling companies ready for buyout 😉✌️. In my early 30s I invested heavily and went through $IMMU, $IEA, $SGEN, $APRN 4/4 buyouts sometimes playingvwith long calls and this will be my fifth one. This one just long shares for me my friends! $TTOO This stock remember me $APRN. Very different industries but very similar path…. R/s, Price down until hell ( with very good news) ,r/s x 2, and finally buy out. For a large company, buying another company and investing in its intellectual property and patents to protect itself from competition in the future is common. How much they value that possible future market share is the key. CRG trades directly since it owns the vast majority of shares. Not even John from $TTOO should be sitting at the table. On the other hand, I don't think they are diluting or selling. They will be surviving with a $CAH advance or a new loan. It would make no sense to dilute with a short/medium term sale. It's just my thought but what is clear is that it doesn't look good and that this action has a thousand versions and forecasts. I don't think they can endure this situation much longer, so we will clear up our doubts soon.

@Shaffer2310 Only one I know of is $APRN and they were acquired for a little over $12 a share I don’t see this having another pump before the reverse split but I hope I’m wrong

$KWE there are generally some very smart patient people on this board. Lots of good DD. I'm letting my money ride on that. As others have mentioned before, there are far worse companies with much higher caps than here. I'm leaning towards good things happening here. I remember the same feelings of craziness with the whole $aprn saga. The key there was averaging down.
