$AMBC Here is the screenshot of AMBAC´s proposal, which allows them to sell voting rights in the AAC without the approval of Wisconsin regulators. On this basis, AMBAC, like $MBIA or $AGO, can sell or buy shares in the old insurance division Legacy (AAC). Voting is in July 2024. AMBAC is also reporting, that they search for a 3 party as investor for the legacy unit (AAC). After they had sold a part or complete the AAC unit, we can get a hughe dividend.
