$AGAE Funny the Company said this: "This lawsuit is yet another attempt by Knighted and its Managing Partner, Roy Choi, to continue their scheme to gain control of the Company at a discounted price below the Company’s cash value to further their own short-term interests while destroying long-term value for all stockholders of AGAE. " But the Company sold Yellow River shares at $1.10 way below cash value and also way below the $1.40 Roy Choi was paying for his stock in the open market. Kind of hypocritical. Management and the board just line their pockets with cheap or free shares while Roy is the only one paying market value for them. Then funny thing, management complains he is buying them at a discounted price to cash value but it is only down here because of them. Management and the board have destroyed this company and need to be held accountable for their actions and inactions.
