$AENT I think this is a good move assuming they got a decent price. Acquiring A David to Funko's Goliath but keeping the relationship with the merchandiser so now you have the merchandising experts and the distribution and logistics and licensing experts all getting behind it. I'm not a collectibles person really, but I think these seem comparable to the Funkos in the 'cuteness factor' Would be hard to surpass the original, but doesn't have to to be a success. Funko's market cap is 600m+....

Otherwise of note: Jeff says he's letting his shares ride regarding prior statement about selling when shares were over 5 Suggests that debt may potentially used in acquisition rather than shares (I'm not sure about how I feel on this given current price) Bruce says they're filing an S3 soon with no immediate intent to use it. Cites a common complaint that the float is too low. Would use it to remedy that. Said likely an ATM rather than offering. Christmas seems good but not a ton of color. Weird statement calling out Xbox sales being down vs big promotions last year but maybe that undercuts some amount of revenue in the YoY comp.

Sold $650k worth of arcades on Amazon on Black Friday In short, Q4 looks excellent Are significantly down the line on an acquisition. This makes sense because now they're trading at an EBITDA multiple that they can trade in shares at 10x for an acquisition at 3x

$AENT Trimmed on the commons. Down to ~37.5% of peak holdings. Still holding 85%+ of warrants though. Even if the commons run out of juice here, warrants at .30 is still not overpriced all the way down to 4s in my opinion.

$AENT recent upward trend bottom technical support is $3.95. My buy zones are all through the $4 area. This should continue upwards based on EPS growth and revenue is 4x their market cap.

$AENT I actually don't think it is crazy to suggest that the crypto boom is a tailwind for the Xmas Q here. The arcade systems they sell are going to be booming for that demographic and I think they're higher margin than the small stuff.

$aent sold off 10% of my remaining shares (so now below 50% of peak holdings) and 15% of warrants yesterday, i think I absorbed all of the 20 cent transaction. If this were redeployed into warrants, I'm watching the earnings of GCT semi, OmniAB, Foxx Development. Has anyone looked at Helport AI? I am also pre-despac curious with Wavs at .02 but man so many bad beats from doing that...

$AENT Closing in on 500k volume on the AENTW warrants today, vs 200k on the stock. Now .17/.18 with a high of .175. That volume will need to stay high for a while if you want to get out in size, but I think the sale is over.
