$XSNX Funny thing is I called the lawyer who did the was in charge of the the shares listing on nasdaq and he did not even know the company . He had to look it up . I guess XSNX is not one of his main companies. What a complete nitwit of a Lawyer and a complete scam company

$XSNX NovAccess Global says financing transaction with Sumner remains pending NovAccess Global provided an update on business developments, financing and the 2024 annual meeting. The previously disclosed $10.7 million financing transaction with Sumner Global LLC remains pending, as Sumner Global has not yet obtained the funding necessary to close the transaction. To provide interim working capital, the Company's primary creditor AJB Capital Investments, LLC and another funding source have entered into separate borrowing arrangements with NovAccess Global. NovAccess Global filed its fiscal 2023 annual report on Form 10-K with the SEC on February 15, 2024 and its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2024 on Form 10-Q on February 27, 2024. The Company is hosting a Virtual Annual Meeting of Shareholder on Wednesday, May 6th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Shareholders of record as of April 1st, 2024 will be able to vote and ask questions online during the meeting....

$XSNX I am sad to say , I also contact the attorney who brought this to the public and he didn't even know the name of the company. He is listed on the companies website to contact if you want finanical infomation. This guy did not even know the name of the company . The link was proabaly fake and the guy was clueless on the stock. Go ahead and reach out to the attorney! See for yourselves!

$XSNX Sorry I posted too fast. The offering apparently have failed and they are walking this down .1 penny at a time. Test it, if you sell they will put a buy order in for 1 penny less. If you buy they will match your buy but not buy for more

$XSNX Sorry I most likley was worng on this one. I has this listed on stocktwit and tried to bring this one to everyone attention but they have shorted every share I bought so I sold out.

$XSNX Just listed today on 1-10-2024. . Completed partial offering at .11 cent less the 7 days ago. Market cap is less then 500k and has now more then 6 times cash then Market cap value. This is a once in a life time opportunity to buy a company trading off the grid. XSNX, It trading at .02 cent after doing a public offering of .11 cents less then a week ago. NovAccess Global Announces $10.7 Million Financing. They are forming a partner ship with BCN Biosciences to expand its immunotherapy platform. Utilizing BCN's small molecule drug BCN057. this is one of those stock you will look back on and say dam I should have bought at the bottom price.
