@MK2020 I think in the end run we are screwed - reading this seems we are already in the class action and settlement stage and you have the option of opting out and start your own action. What is left in the settlement for common share holders? looks like a 35 % rating? after all other expenses $XBC.TSX $XEBEF

$XEBEF I saw, that they sold hygear. I thought the deal was good at the time, but I can understand that they are selling the asset because it certainly costs a lot and the money is not there right now.
