$WGMCF Anyone know why it says suspended on the CSE site? What caused it, what’s it mean, how does it get lifted?
Form 7’s are due the fifth trading day after each month. Winston is non compliant today on April. May is due on Wednesday morning. They only just filed March.

$WGMCF . I haven't posted for a while as Winston's progress has disappointed I am bullish at 12/19/2022 price of US$0.015, and I have added to my position What we have 1. All permits in place, including dewatering and discharge 2. Tunnels to the ore 3. Historical grades of about 0.6 oz/ton. Winston's drilled grades (average) of ~0.33 oz/t (above water table). 4. Ore under water should have grades comparable to historical (~0.6 oz/t) 5. A mill that runs ok - needs improvement 6. Carrabba lending money cheaply to Winston What went wrong: 1. A difficult start up, possibly poorly implemented 2. Drop in gold price during start up, now improved 3. Difficulties in raising further funding - this seems to be progressing, but will result in stock dilution Krav from Yahoo conversations please message me. I am blocked on Yahoo for some unknown reason and cannot respond to you there

$WGMCF I spoke with Joe. He says they’re working on raising funds and he’s confident they will be able. What he did not say was anything about the timing thereof. Said they were working with a group out of Atlanta and one of their investors is the Saudi royal fund. I asked him to get specific on what has happened at the mine and mill regarding the low volumes this year and he didn’t. He just said high costs, supply chain issues, like everyone else.

$WGMCF You do all know that Nye is in Hospital for an undetermined time? I have contacted all the employees of Winston and the ones that replied told me that they are no longer working there. If you google the company's office, you'll see on Google Maps that the office is empty and up for rent - explains why company emails bounce and calls are not answered. I think Winston's work force is just Nye with a desk at home, and now that he's in the hospital and Joe has taken over a CEO, I don't expect much is happening. If you check Joe's LinkedIn you'll see that he's running several companies, so I don't think he has much time for Winston BTW All Joe's company's share price has massively declined. He's more of a value destroyer than creator. I've written on this board that small volume shares are manipulable with a few thousand USD and with no news I recommend that you take baseless posts, i.e. with no news events, on this platform with a large pinch of salt.

$WGMCF sold another 400K shares into this "bull run" on no news other and pump and dump on this board. If you have a look on Stockhouse's Forum that specialises in small cap mining, the bloggers gave up in June with comments like "dead on arrival". The quality of comments superior - it reflects greater average knowledge. Good luck Gentlemen!

$WGMCF I used to work for Joe at cliffs, I also am a gold bull (mostly physical) but I bought this as a lottery ticket type of play at these prices/market cap
