$VZIO first time I saw this ticker, I thought of the cheap TVs lol... I'm kinda nice on the charts. Can trade the pullback or the breakout. This chart is very bullish. $ROKU $WMT $VZIO Roku price target lowered to $60 from $65 at Morgan Stanley Morgan Stanley lowered the firm's price target on Roku (ROKU) to $60 from $65 and keeps an Underweight rating on the shares. The analyst reduced estimates for Roku, saying lower advertising growth expectations more than offset higher streaming services distribution revenues. The firms says that while Walmart's (WMT) Vizio (VZIO) acquisition will increase competition in connected TV, the risk to Roku's Active Account and revenue growth is likely muted in the near-term. Morgan Stanley sees limited valuation support for Roku shares in an increasingly competitive connected TV advertising market and sees risk to medium-term Platform segment gross profit expectations.

$ROKU $WMT $ARKK $SPY Sounds like the FTc had issues with $VZIO already in the past, but this walmart deal is likely to go through, however Roku may benefit by still remaining the OS for Onn brand, in order to address FTC competition concerns, of walmart not selling competitors TVs or pricing their Tvs way lower. Roku might actually be okay of the deal goes through and certainly okay if it doesn't. All bag holders and I'm sure folks will continue to buy, this has 1 year PT in low $50s. #1 Earnings for 2024 are not going to be great mgmt already warned us due to macro pressures. #2 WMT $VZIO Deal with be approved by April 29th, Roku 100% will sell-off 5% or more that day. Tried to buy into this story of cord cutting to streaming, but Roku just can make any money LT, it was a failed business model from day #1.

$ROKU I want to be bullish, but mgmt warned of pressures on Q1 earnings, saying to expect similar poor results as Q4. We all saw what happen after Q4 report, hopefully this only sells off 10-15% on April 24th. Secondly, the FTC will approved the $WMT $VZIO viziodeal on April 29th, this will cause another 5-10% pullback in Roku. So maybe the play is buy in May or just stay away completely

$VZIO $WMT Walmart notified the US Department of Justice and the FTC that it will withdraw and refile HSR for its proposed acquisition of Vizio. The parties filed HSR on February 26, and the form was withdrawn on March 27. Walmart expects to refile on March 29, with expiration scheduled to take effect at 11:59pm ET on April 29.

While the M&A-focused publication said "there are traces of that same dynamic here," it added that "this pull-and-refile suggests this deal is on stronger footing than AMZN-IRBT," according to contacts. The news service sees "a genuine chance that this deal could get a prolonged look from regulators due to some of the similar dynamics at play compared to IRBT and AMZN," it reportedly said.
