$VSBGF my stupidity was listening to PennyQueen bolstering Jay Hutton’s lies. She is completely complicit in helping Hutton perpetuate his deception on investors. She had to know this guy was full of shit but she gave him a venue to suck in more investors. My advice: DO NOT, under any circumstances, listen to Hutton and PENNY QUEEN.

from Hutton. So the company doesn’t even have enough cash flow to pay $100K in debt? Yet he tells investors about all these major deals that are generating huge sales, but he just keeps settling debt by diluting investors . Fire Hutton’s ass and hire a competent CEO.

The board needs to hire Luiz or equivalent as CEO, otherwise this company will circle the drain like most penny stocks. Well I guess already is circling the drain.
