$ZONE Anticipate good things from this Monday. Not just based on the thesis but also on who's behind it. Jumped on $ATPC when NASA called it, held through some chop, and ended up winning big. Then the $VS call made my whole quarter. I'm just fine holding here for $3.00. Hell, I might even slap a little on Monday if the spirit moves me.

$VS They left out in their POS AM filing that Paul Feller lost his appeals case where he was found liable for securities fraud and owes $6.75M. They filed that they would win it when they took over VS last December. They also left out that Paul Feller, Cronus, and iCaro are under SEC investigations for securities fraud. VS itself under a separate SEC investigation as well. Whats funny is that the civil case that Cronus/Paul Feller just lost, dealt with the fradulant selling of Paul Feller's partner's, (Robert Petty) iCaro Media shares to ASPIS Cyber's current Executive Vice President of Corporate Operations, Brian Giammarella and his family. Its hilarious how so many of you have zero idea whats going on with this shell company, along with the 3 companies that Paul Feller owns that are currently manipulating it. Will be buying back in the low $1's or closer to the vote to move to the company Delaware in December.

$VS we all know the timeline. Let the stock price erode down to low $1’s again. Unless a surprise happens, it will return to the $1’teens. Once we get closer to December, we can start looking to adding small blocks wherever the pps happens to be at. Patience will make you money here. Far better to risk losing out to a weird surprise surge, then to be bagholding at current levels.

$VS Just be patient. This should, by all means slowly drift back to the $1.20's, if not lower, and destroy failed FOMO p&d players, finally getting them to capitulate as max pain sets in. As a shell company with zero product, other than its Nasdaq Ticker, and an active SEC investigation against it and its owner, any legitimate increase in pps is unlikely. We could always see a surprise p&d again, and we should be watching for volume to indicate when that is, but until the shareholder vote date is announced next month, to allow Paul Feller's other company, Aspis Cyber, to buy large chunk, there's a lot of time that has to pass before the merger process starts again, including moving the company out of Intrepid Financial's Canadian offices, where the scam first started.

$SRM Betty I said the same thing! Brilliant minds think alike! Adding any dips for sure. This has the squeeze potential of a $VS (remember that rocket?) and it also has potential to be a rinse-and-repeat polayer like $DJT. Can't see much downside here. .

$VS Wow, so the interim CEO, Curtis Wolfe, is out and iCaro Media exec, Luis Claudio Goldner, whom is also on VS' BOD is now the CEO. iCaro Media is currently working on the reverse merger with VS in order for iCaro media to become a publicly traded Nasdaq company. Why? $VS Verdict is in. Happened yesterday, but was filed today. Paul Feller finally lost his lengthy battle in Superior Court and has to pay $6.75M to his former partner whom he defrauded. So now, Feller will continue this case with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where he has already started the process, but it was paused until this judgement was handed down. PF will now file his motion there and that will be that. Until he files the motion, I won't have any timelines. PF will likely file for a another 'Stay of execution' on the $6.75 judgment until the 9th Circuit completes his case. We shall see if it gets approved or not. He could very easily have ASPIS Cyber become the main shareholder with the vote in December, which would then free up his CECG shares to be sold into the market, which will entail a huge p&d The soap opera continues!

$VS So, there is still no news on the judge's decision to uphold Paul Feller's (PF) $6.75M fine for his civil court loss where he was found liable for securities fraud against his former partner. She usually takes 2 full weeks to make decisions in this case, so it could come tomorrow or by end of the week Paul Feller has successfully maneuvered around the current SEC criminal investigations into himself, his finance company CECG (Cronus Equity Capital Group) and his media ad company iCaro Media Corp, by bringing in his 4th and other company, ASPIS Cyber, to now be in control of VS. Add to that, the puppet management team he installed in VS after wiping out the former team, he can really to do whatever he wants. These actions have put the vote to move to Delaware, and out of Vancouver, Canada in decemeber, back on the table. Gotta admit, the guy has some talent to do all of this and give the SEC a giant middle finger while doing it. I may or may not be becoming a fan. Lol
