$VS Been 1 month, May 9, since they announced the new $7.5M offering thats currently in the works. We are just awaiting the pricing, which is due any day now. La.92 because that was the pps at the time of filing. 2 weeks later and 4 new pricinsg later, they settled for r R/S went into effect. Then, between the 11 to Dec. 2, where it the pricing was finalized , it went down from $2.92 to $1.00. $2.92 because that was the pps at the time of filing. 2 weeks later and 3 new pricings later, they settled for $1.00. Should they initiate the pricing this time around, for example today, the pricing would be where we closed. $0.57. Then they would have to find buyers that would give them the money. All their previous buyers have lost nearly everything. For $7.5M that would end up being a dilution event of over 13M shares. More than double the current O/S. And thats if the pricing doesn't get negotiated down like it did last time.

$VS New bottom for 2023 will be hit once they price the new $7.5M offering. The current bottom is $0.46. All time low, post R/S from November is $0.377. Expect that record to be broken as well. And if nobody decides to take part in the offering because the company is essentially a shell.....Lol
