$VS To buy the remaining 10.1% today, for Paul Feller, is indeed his question of the year. Does he want that extra 10.1% to help ensure a positive pass of the May 30 vote to move the company out of Canada and out of Intrepid Financial's offices......or is he confident that he already has the vote? He's already down a -million bucks on is 40% purchase, which makes me lol to no end. Does he want to average down? Surely they can ammend the 2nd tranche of the offering to let him buy at current levels. He controls the BOD. But does he want to sink more money into this? His appeal for his civil conviction of securities fraud starts May 1. If he loses he owes $20.7M to his former partner whom he was convicted of scamming. I hope he loses, because that means a bigger p&d here, in order to make Feller enough money to pay the $20.7M Lot of dynamics at play between now and May 30.

$VS When playing this, remember, the company's only product is its ticker. Let that sink in. No product, business is non-operational, etc. They are a shell. But, they are a Nasdaq listed company. They are only as valuable as how far an entity is willing to go to buy the ticker. Hence the CECG (Paul Feller) take over, which is in progress, so that Paul Feller can then use VS to buy his other company, privately held, iCaro Media. He already put iCaro media execs on VS' BOD. Once the 'in process' takeover is done, he changes the name of Versus Systems and their ticker VS, to iCaro Media. Once done, he and the other insiders can finally sell their private shares of iCaro Media. PF's are currently worth around $15M First, he needs to move VS out of Canada and re-incorporate in Delaware. That shareholder vote is on May 30. Shareholders that own shares, as of April 25 and before, get to vote on the move. PF needs a 67.5% yes vote.

$VS Be very careful here folks. Alot of questionable apples involved all reaching for the very last cookie in the cookie jar. I regretfully went heavy in the 2s. Trying to stay optimistic this will play out in favor of benefiting all participants but shareholders could very well be left with crumbs..

$VS Its a near guarantee that this drop is orchestrated by CECG, one of the most corrupt firms owned by Paul Feller. It's no coincidence that this drop has happened right before the 'shareholder of record' date approaches (April 25) to where Paul Feller has to purchase the 2nd tranche of the $2.588 offering to complete his 50.1% takeover in order to lock up the vote to move the company to CECG's corporate offices in Delaware and proceed with forcing VS to acquire his other company iCaro media, whose management he already installed on VS' BOD, so he can cash out on his +$15M in iCaro stock. Now, he can order VS to amend the offering that will allow him to purchase the remaining 10.1% at current levels rather than at $2.588. Dude is down over a milly on that 40% purchase as it is. Lol. 6 more trading days to go. I anticipate this offering is completed by the 25th. Be on the look out for the filing.

$VS Next major zone for me is 1.20. I've dealt with options and nano caps. This is doable, next major add on hold

User Image h8ster Posted - 1 week ago

$VS Right now, all one can do is see what happens next with the company. Next up is reaching the shareholder of record date, APRIL 25, for the vote to reincorporate the company out of Canada, resulting in the emancipation from Intrepid Financial, and to incorporate into Delaware, USA, the home of CECG. Will there be enough for CECG to get 67.5% of the vote? Will Paul Feller (CECG) finally buy the final 10.1% of the offering? Which is around 254K shares. If so, we he pay the going offer of $2.588 per share? Or will VS lower the amount to current pps levels of $1.35? If so, this drop could have been CECG's plan all along to play less for the second tranche. Paying $342K is far better than paying $657K. Once they buy, CECG must pay the golden parachutes for current management of around $1.9M. He is currently liable to pay Robert Petty, former founder of iCaro for $20.7M after losing the civil suit for equities fraud, etc. The appeal starts May 1. After the vote.

$VS on another note, not a single entity involved here gives a single F*ck about "shareholder value* or has the best interest of the average joe shareholder in mind.

User Image Stockpicks1017 Posted - 1 week ago

$VS prior to the last major drop there was a huge surge in volume early morning with no price movement followed by a huge dump. Todays volume and trade action is looking very similar. If this dumps my theory on where they want this share price becomes more plausible. There is little vested interested on keeping SP up and more incentive for those involved to drive this as low as possible.
