$VRSSF I believe the shorts have covered 2 million shares of VERSES on the cboe. So not only did they file for a shelf offering, a 6k, but now the short shares have been dramatically reduced. Hmmm…

$VRSSF like I said look at the shelf offering last month and the 6k just filed… ask yourself. Is there a possibility something big is happening here? Hmmm…

@joeschmoe333 @MA_007 $VRSSF We know it is required due to Foreign Private Issuers being involved FPIs must file Form 6-K when they: Make or are required to make information public in their home country File or are required to file information with a stock exchange where their securities trade Distribute or are required to distribute information to their security holders Information that is typically included in a Form 6-K includes: Changes in management or control Acquisitions or dispositions of assets Bankruptcy or receivership Changes in accountants Financial condition and results of operations Material legal proceedings Defaults on senior securities

$VRSSF Genius Core Genius Core is being developed to actively manage, organize, and store data, while transforming it into strategic, actionable insights. Data structures such as document-oriented databases, knowledge graphs, and vector databases offer different solutions for data storage and retrieval, each having unique strengths and weaknesses. Genius Core is being designed as a unique search, recommendation, and knowledge engine that is intended to combine the benefits of all three types (document, graph, and vector) by transforming structured and unstructured data into a unified hyperspatial knowledge model that is expected to be uniquely suited to serve as memory for AI systems which need to represent complex multidimensional relationships. In Genius Core, entities and their relationships are being modeled in HSML and queried via HSQL.

$VRSSF just a simple observation…
I’ve been watching and taking note on the different individuals who like verses posts or reposts on LinkedIn and it’s nice to see how the numbers are growing and the titles of individuals who hit a like or applauding button regarding verses are becoming more impressive!
This is telling me the word is getting out and people in different pockets of the AI space are starting to take note.

$VRSSF I am willing to bet 1000$ that this stock will still be below 1$ after they release the benchmarks, if those benchmarks still exist that is.

$VRSSF The article "From pixels to planning: scale-free active inference" introduces a discrete state-space model for generative modeling, extending partially observed Markov decision processes to include paths as latent variables. This model, termed renormalising generative models (RGM), is suitable for active inference and learning in dynamic settings. It employs hierarchical structures akin to deep convolutional neural networks, enabling compositional learning over space and time. The paper explores applications in image classification, video and music compression, and Atari-like game learning, highlighting the model's efficiency and universality through renormalisation principles
