$SPY The 10YR still hanging around the resistance. A drop from here should greatly benefit REITs, biotech, small caps and other rate-sensitive sectors. I personally like the REIT trade. Some of these names have completely given up their gains from the recent run. $VNQ

$VNQ The yield has crushed some of the top industrial REITs, and they are trading deep supports going back a decade. I've been adding 2. One of which claims Amazon, FedEx and DHL are its top 3 customer. What an opportunity. Keep the yield up so I can buy more.

$VNQ $XLRE If you thought that the real estate trade was over after the Fed cuts, you are wrong. The recent run up in the 10YR have killed of some of best REITs for no good damn reason. I just bought some. This is an industrial REIT with a >6% yield. Almost 30% underpriced when you compare it to its peers.
