Transits fell 59pc year on year, compared to a drop of 42pc in January, as the Houthis moved into a “fourth phase” of assaults with new longer-range missiles and bigger warheads. The drop marks an end to a 12-week period of stabilisation when traffic had begun to recover, Lloyd’s List Intelligence warned.

$VDE $O $REIT I don't really like bonds that much either.
Right now you can keep some safe money in money in market funds and CDs and get easy 5%. I also like VOO etf, AMZN, GOOGL, gold funds KGC, GFI, gold etf OUNZ- which you can convert to physical gold when the dollar becomes totally useless. Good luck!

$VDE Welcome to black gold summer. LNG holding at $3.10 WTI now at $79.14, well beyond to pre-Biden-1mil-barrel-gas-release price ($77.50, May 22) and then some. Brent Crude now at $83.18

$VDE Energy will be making a comeback. LNG had been stuck well under $2 until the end of April, hovering around $1.60. Since then, it's been up almost 100%. It's now at $3.05 (per mmBTU).
WTI crude oil had a drop to the mid-72's on OPEC actions on June 3. One week later it's back to $76 with the summer just about ready to start. Brent crude was down to $77 (from $84) and is now back to $80.

$VDE $O $REIT I could use some thoughts of others in understanding where were at with investing in some funds. It seems some institutions are pushing bonds others push REIT’s. I dont understand the logic why i or anyone would be in bonds watching money disappear. Is it just the fact many people want nothing to do with their investments and just want someone to manage their money? I continue to stick with value companies and do well for a working person who takes an interest but i continue to learn. Any interesting dialog would be appreciated.

Add the on-going warS and 15 million illegal mouths to feed, clothe, house and medicate or incarcerate. SNAFU. Stock prices are cheap now compared to prices when this stubborn inflation continues or if hyper-inflation fears materialize. CHEAP.
