$UWMC $RKT Oh good, PCE, just right shifted 500-525 range right by 30 days. So much for REFI. Level up on purchase king and low expense and the lender who at worst is gonna open doors even wider for all brokers.

$UWMC inventory surging in my area in the last 2 weeks. are people finally accepting higher for longer and just saying f*ck it? At the same time I got outbid by multiple offers this week on the house I wanted. How is the housing market on fire and yet also broken beyond repair? Twilight zone.

$UWMC For whatever it’s worth I had a dream about a month ago this was short squeezed so freaking high. Last night I had the same exact dream. I was watching the price climb so fast that I was just trying to figure out what to do. I believe we will see prior highs and more in the next year or organically without a squeeze. If enough people are short here ( like there currently is) one hedge fund could make this go straight up. It’s going to happen and we are seeing glimpses of it now.
