$USIO great earnings! $0.10 EPS after tax benefit (they have something like $20 million still available to use in years to come). I told you guys, we're early.... I'll give it few more years and it will be $15.

$USIO For the quarter, we reported an operating loss of $0.4 million compared to a loss of $0.8 million in operating income for the same quarter a year ago, while adjusted EBITDA(1) was $0.8 million for the quarter, compared to Adjusted EBITDA(1) of $0.4 million a year ago. Net income in the quarter ended September 30, 2024 was approximately $2.9 million , or $0.10 per share, compared to a net loss of $0.7 million , or ( $0.03 ) per share, for the same period in the prior year. Profitability metrics improved due to increased revenues and reduced operating expenses, while net income improved significantly due to the recognition of an approximate $3.2 million federal income tax benefit from the recapture of deferred tax assets.

$USIO $1.30 and big volume spike today (6x average). Could this be final capitulation? I don't think it's shorting but seller is just having hard time dumping their shares because stock is illiquid. Once they're done dumping we can go up.

Welcome to $USIO , the stealth stock that no one can see. It's like a radar jamming drone, wandering aimlessly around the lowest levels of the atmosphere, completely undetected. Today we have news that it is going to be in a business relationship with ClassWallet, which I've never heard of, but apparently they are suckling at the teat of the U.S. government's payout process, which could be lucrative in light of the disaster relief and God knows what else our government gives people money for? All of 727 shares traded as of 7:30AM. In case you're curious, it was 60 days since the last "news" about USIO based on what TradingView seems worthy to post. USIO reminds me of the old Fleetwood Mac song "Oh well...don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to...oh well".

$PYPL $USIO better upside, company is onboarding few large clients that will grow revenues 50% all while they're on path to profitability for first time. 10 bagger.

$USIO seriously, stock is trading like they're about to raise capital. At $37M market cap and $8M in the bank it should be trading at least 3x current SP.
I hope once they achieve profitability they'll start paying out dividends to shareholders at some point. They'd need at least 0.20 EPS though and maybe pay half annually. 🤩

$USIO $V $MA $BAC $C Financials sector. USIO's Enterprise Value now is only 0.2 times its Revenue, so it's dirt-cheap. Additionally, technically speaking, USIO is technically oversold, according to all the major technical indicators. Therefore, USIO's stock will bounce back sooner rather than later.

$USIO been waiting for final capitulation, so either that or double bottom here. Would like to see final capitulation though, it's much needed to clear out volume trapped sellers. Little pinch and we can start an uptrend again.

$USIO I'm projecting 30%-50% revenue increase next year while in 2024 they're projected only at ~5%. PayFac business is about to experience major boom doubling or even tripling in the next couple of years.
Don't sleep on USIO!

$USIO $LC $MQ $PAYO $STNE Financials sector. Consolidation continues in the fintech indsutry. Many deals have taken place over the last twelve months. Canadian fintech Propel Holdings (PRO) acquired QuidMarket for 2.3 times its Revenue last week:https://www.newswire.ca/news-releases/propel-to-accelerate-global-expansion-with-the-acquisition-of-quidmarket-for-us-71-million-and-announces-concurrent-c-100-million-bought-deal-offering-of-subscription-receipts-812756779.html USIO's current Enterprise Value is only 0.3 times its Revenue, so Usio (USIO) currently is insanely cheap.

Whoa!!!! $USIO has trade 39,209 shares in 90 minutes!!! I've a little database of stock prices and as of last Friday $USIO had closed between $1.47 and $1.51 twenty-two times out of 55 closings since the 4th of July. Six times at $1.49, trying to bust through that $1.50 ceiling. Now today it's moving downward on larger than average volumes, probably people bailing since interest rates are falling. Oh well, one day, there's going to be a catalyst, a piece of news that brings the buyers. Any. Day. Now.... lollll

$USIO it's been super quiet, Q3 could be uneventful but there are few catalysts on the horizon - largest PayFac client onboarding hopefully in Q4 and into 2025, so each quarter should yield nice revenue boost. Company signaled that roll out was slower than expected so revenues aren't hitting yet (this would add ~30% increase in company's annual revenues) - still 3 significant clients in the pipeline expected this year (in total should provide ~15% boost in annual revenues) - started mailing out 500k bankruptcy checks in July - potential for another large bankruptcy order - high margin opportunity - record pre-paid card loads, as we know spoilage is recognized at the end of each program so this is catalyst for next 2 years probably and this segment just keeps on growing! Hopefully there will be more surprises, but so far 2024 looks like they're only paving the way for huge 2025 with potential for 30-50% revenue growth. Keep in mind, they keep getting larger and larger clients!

Looks like Louis is picking up a few more shares today? Nice price improvement on such a low volume. Doesn't it feel like $USIO is either on life support or else it's wound up tight as a drum ready to explode past $2 on just one piece of good news. Here's hoping for the latter, but heavily abusing copium right now.

@justme_DC I've never been to San Antonio, but I've heard its got a fair number of tech companies there. You would think that this would be a motivating force, compared to being based in some place like Cincinnati, Ohio. Lately though, I'm wondering if $USIO has any decent software and services? My interest was piqued because I had thought that their PayFac stuff was allowing them to attract new customers and bring them online more quickly, but now I'm not so sure.
