$UAMY Decide to sell out this week. While I believe there’s a lot of future value in antimony, sick of my money being stuck in dead 💀 mismanaged (and corrupt) small caps stocks. They raised so much money in 2021 but what did they really do with it?? Sorry to overly simplify. Just too many better opportunities out there. I’ll be back when I see signs the new management cares about shareholders. I’m sure it will eventually have its day, just might be awhile.

$UAMY IMO - Seems the operational management team is in place but where the hell is the MARKETING area of USAC? It is the Marketing Department's job to reach out to prospects, customers, investors and/or the community, while creating an overarching image that represents a company in a positive light.

$UAMY so the earnings call transcript show nothing but losses, decreases more loss, more expenses, more losses. Only the preferred D series shareholders got something out of this. What about all the "non-prefered" investors?! Are they left deep in the dark fighting for peanuts?! Asking for a friend.

$UAMY the quality of zeolite and antimony produced is amongst the best, if not THE best. With past operational issues sorted. Old Management personnel and practices out. New board with clear objectives and driving toward better operations and greater volumes. Big announcements to come in 2024. Lots of positives…..the biggest asset being quality product.

$UAMY forming, storming, norming and performing. From the call I sense they are moving from forming (new board) to storming (sorting out the crap, setting objectives). Fair to expect a little more storming but moving swiftly to norming and performing. Not a time I’ll judge by financials, more important operational elements to embed first.

$UAMY good conference call. Some ugly situations from previous board they have tackled head on. This for sure has taken a lot of their time. They are clear in their objectives. They recognise the need to deliver shareholder value. They know what is needed to get institutional investment. There are exciting announcements to come. Evans would buy shares but can’t, why? Because he knows what’s coming and that’s against the rules.

$UAMY As shareholders we owe it to ourselves to be diligent with our investments and demand transparency from a publicly traded company. It is imperative that shareholders ask tough questions tomorrow. If Gary doesn’t feel uncomfortable answering some of those questions, we haven’t done our job as shareholders. In order to gauge what a company may or may not accomplish in the foreseeable future, there must be clear and concise leadership that can set benchmarks and ensure set goals are accomplished. There is no need to complain here if you are not involved enough to voice your opinion and or questions tomorrow. I don’t expect anything out of tomorrow CC from management other than more fluff. Don’t allow them to waste the hour with nonsense responses rather question why should you remain invested and what is UAMY doing to increase value. Enough of the fluff. As shareholders we should demand accountability and transparency from management.
