$TWI really depends on the global macroeconomy at this point. if a recession comes this could be a good hold considering they likely wont go bust even with awful performance and from what ive seen the demand has not dropped because of poor quality but rather declining economies in latin america and the us. now more than ever is the time to keep a watchful eye on this stock since margins are very very high

$TWI i think the 10-k next year will be catalyst as we will get an insight into the geographic segments which is huge. the reason theyre dropping in the first place is because of declining oem sales but the carlstar acquisition seems to have exploded consumer market share. imo this is worth keeping on the watchlist as regardless of anything, a stock with a pretty clean balance sheet trading near tangible book value is worth keeping an eye on. we shall wait and see...

$TWI Titan International reports Q2 adjusted EPS 10c vs. 43c last year Reports Q2 revenue $532.2M vs. $481.2M last year. Despite this, we are very pleased to report adjusted EBITDA of $49M and free cash flow of $53M... Recognition of the cyclicality of our business was one of the reasons we worked hard to de-lever when buoyant market conditions afforded us the opportunity to do so the last few years.
