Btw: her female sales reps don’t care if TUP files Ch 11, as long as they keep operating, so the sales reps can keep independently selling product. $TUP If I'm making this up, post the section of your margin agreement which says that setting a high sell limit will keep them from loaning your shares. You won't be able to find such a section. Post the section of your margin agreement talking about hypothecation. You won't do that because it would show that I am right. And as far as my being a short, pumpers accuse anyone of being a short if they post a truth that the pumper doesn't care for. Look at my post history. I've posted on TUP perhaps three or four times in the last few months. If I'm a short of TUP, I must not be working very hard at it.

$TUP if your shares are in a contract (sell order) they can't be borrowed for shorty...a $100 limit sell order is very high and could be raises as the price goes up..but let's say we have a very good day and they sell at $100....who's crying . Urban legend?? No.

$TUP This is an urban legend and not connected to the truth at all. For almost all brokers in the US, if you have your shares in a margin account, your broker can loan the shares and if you have your shares in a cash account, the shares can't be loaned. There are a handful of small brokers in the US which will allow you to turn off share lending on a margin account. I am not asking me to take my word for this. Look at your margin agreement. When you see the word hypothecation, they are talking about share lending. This urban legend was started decades ago, long before the Internet became common. The purpose of the urban legend was so that people would set a high sell limit, so that when there was a pump, the pumpers be the ones to cash out. You see, pumpers hate it when others cash out and if you had a limit sale at the right level, your shares might get sold, making it harder for pumpers to cash out at the peak.

$TUP The behavior of this ceo is very strange. She has been in for 7 mos and has been silent with shareholders. Not once has she openly addressed shareholders, and she has no real concern as to the value of the shares. Waiting for auditors to finish, is not a reason to stay silent. Very suspicious and I see her as shareholder averse
