$SMCI: Trimble ($TRMB) is another one who is having issues with EY filing late, though their stock doesn't appear to be hit as hard: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/864749/000086474924000130/trmbnt10-qq12024.htm They also have 95 percent institutional investors who I assume are a bit more supportive of the stock.

$TRMB Heads up alert! Only two days until Upcoming Earnings on Wednesday, 11/6/2024 Neutral (5.5) The analysis of Trimble ($TRMB) reflects its position within the technology and construction sectors amid a mixed economic landscape. The company has recently announced significant partnerships, notably with John Deere, aimed at improving grade control technology for construction applications. This strategic collaboration is expected to enhance productivity and efficiency for customers, potentially boosting revenue in a growing segment. Trimble’s P/E ratio stands at approximately 25, which is competitive within its industry, indicating market confidence in its earnings potential. Furthermore, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) growth of about 7% year-over-year aligns well with sector trends, particularly as investments in infrastructure escalate. In terms of revenue forecasts, analysts anticipate a moderate growth trajectory, with estimates projecting a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of around 5% over the next three years. Comparatively, Trimble's performance has been on par with peers like Garmin and Carrier Global, both of which have also demonstrated resilience in the face of macroeconomic challenges. However, the stock's recent performance has been cautious, as seen in its slight underperformance against the broader industrial products sector, which has led to varied investor sentiment. Upcoming earnings reports are critical for Trimble, as analysts expect the company to report results that meet or slightly exceed consensus estimates. Historical performance indicates that Trimble has consistently delivered on earnings expectations, fostering a sense of reliability among investors. The current consensus estimate for the upcoming quarter stands at $0.70 per share, reflecting an anticipated increase compared to the previous year's results. Factors such as the successful integration of new technologies and continued partnerships will be pivotal in shaping market reactions post-earnings, which could lead to volatility in stock performance depending on actual results versus expectations. Overall, while there are positive developments, the cautious sentiment reflected in recent analyses suggests a balanced outlook for TRMB as it navigates both opportunities and challenges ahead. - Funds were net buyers of $TRMB during the previous reporting quarter. - Top 5 funds with large holdings in $TRMB: * Generation Investment Management LLP $620MM.
