Pete Stauber, a mining supporter who was re-elected Tuesday to his Iron Range seat, wrote in an email that “the first thing our office did this morning was reach out to the Trump transition team to ensure we have a clear path for critical mineral mining.”
Keep in mind too, the formation of the Department of Government Efficiency is headed by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy with the goal of reducing government spending and cutting unnecessary regulation. As we all know here, there is an offload deal with Tesla for the Tamarack nickel. If the US aims to be a leader in the advanced materials sector, Trump’s tariffs should see that American raw material production must also increase. That said, I think there’s strong potential to see this rip.

$TLOFF cautiously optimistic that Trump administration can apply some pressure to get the permit to happen. Everything else is there. The reserves, the JV partner (RIO), the mgmt team. It’s a fantastic story technically. If Minnesota can figure out how to have a mine and a lake or two at the same time, this is a home run story. I’m patiently waiting.

$TLOFF More news about mineral discoveries and yet still no news or updates about permitting. We all know that the minerals are there because we have been told for years now. What we don't know is if this company will ever be able to extract those minerals. It's getting frustrating but I'm still here waiting.

$TLOFF you newbies need to chill, they've been drilling cores through out the area trying to prove major nickel deposits. They will never get a permit to mine in this blue state. It's environmentally misaligned with the blue rethoric. This is now a scam, like most small oil discovery outfits trying to find big reserves in Alaska, they never produce anything and own nothing.
