$THCH It seems that someone wants to cure the Nasdaq minimum $1 price requirement. In any case the stock is way undervalued evidenced by a Price to Sales multiple that is half of Luckins and half of Yum China. Not to mention a fraction of SBUX, MCD and QSR P/S ratios. And it has much higher growth potential. At a minimum it should trade inline with Luckin and Yum China which would result in the share price doubling from these levels. And it’s the only direct way to place the Chinese coffee retail scene through a non Chinese national company.

It’s the only way to directly participate in the massive coffee consumption market other than through Chinese national Luckin. Proven brand, systems and management. Many investors don’t even know it exists and they have 1000 stores there now and will double or triple that over the next 5 years. It’s a potential 10 bagger once. $THCH Tim’s China has the master franchise rights for all of China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Just those rights, in and of themself, is probably worth a billion. And here they have almost 1000 stores in China and $250 million in revenue. They are also cash flow positive now…….only have a market cap of $130 million? Doesn’t even make sense. They struggled out of the gate with Covid and now with the current price war, but this too will pass and stock is going much higher. It just has to be discovered. The float is tiny because Cartesian capital and restaurant brands international own 70% of the outstanding shares….
