$SYAAF I suspect the terms of the convertible debt issuance may have impacted the stock price. And, once the lenders become stockholders, the price action will change. Underda, please give us your most negative take, lol.

$SYAAF offering at 0.55 a share? Thought it was 0.68?

User Image und3rtheboards Posted - 1 month ago

$SYAAF iā€™m out. Not willing to let my money rot here for another year. It can be better put to work other places. -20% dilution -graphite demand problems -technology in works to replace graphite -sketchy CEO who sold shares at the top and poor communication -no recent insider buys at the lows

$SYAAF the definition of dead money

User Image FearlessFr33p Posted - 1 month ago

$SYAAF Why is this so laggy? I need to see some movement.

User Image Tha_D Posted - 1 month ago

$SYAAF berry for now

User Image fussell Posted - 1 month ago

$SYAAF And on a positive note: AustralianSuper must have a lot of faith in Syrah's future. $300 Billion companies do not take a lot of chances. To me, them wanting to move from 17% ownership towards 31% ownership could be a positive thing. JMHO

$SYAAF looks to me like a 100% dilution if I understand that correctly....? Look at slide 34 https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02784297-3A638653

$SYAAF Once again, the most pathetic excuse for stock advice and also one of the worst use of AI Iā€™ve seenā€”if theyā€™re truly using itā€”is ā€œSimply Wall St.ā€ Itā€™s embarrassing, IMO.

$SYAAF this POS dips deeper than any of the mining field they own

User Image Searching4truth Posted - 1 month ago

$SYAAF I only rarely deal in pink sheet companies. The last time I made $400k in less than 6 monthsā€”believe it or not. I canā€™t even remember the nameā€”it was a cbd company out of Las Vegas that went from about $.50 a share to over $7.00. There are risks hereā€”weā€™ll probably see some hiccups in the mfg process, & graphite prices will rise/fall. But, I believe Syrah has good potential to be a multi-bagger.
