All other rate cut home investment plays have already been running. $HD and $LOW are out of the gates and way ahead share gain wise, and this is just getting started. It's about time this starts to catch up. Nice dividend, too, while our horse comes up from behind!

$SWK As interests rates fall, and investments in buying existing homes increase, this becomes a perfect storm. High dividend, trading cheap. This takes off fast. Likely doubles. Very safe, and paid to wait.
