$STEM I hope that they can secure an extension with the NYSE, avoiding a reverse split. In my view, the stock is significantly oversold. They have a $1.5 billion, extremely delayed backlog. Additionally, there is an untapped $40 million in CARR yet to be converted into ARR, providing a clear growth outlook. If they successfully convert $40 million in CARR to ARR and execute their backlog over the next two years, while growing new CARR by at least $50 million and building a stable consultancy revenue stream, profitability appears achievable. The cash runway is shrinking, and if they secure project financing, there could be no need to raise additional funds. If they accomplish this within two years, refinancing in 2027 could become a viable option to manage their debt, and it could easily drive the stock price up to a few dollars. If not, it’s game over. I’m looking forward to seeing how they manage this turnaround and which metrics they emphasize in the next earnings report.

$STEM stem has until end of Feb before making decision, whether that be r/s or a clear roadmap or timeline for reaching 1$ for compliance with NYSE. Otherwise itll be delisted and go OTC . Judging by how the last ER went, same old same old like the last several ERs, don't see a way to get to 1$ by then . Would just do an offering now 10:1 split to get to 3-4 bucks and go from there tbh

$STEM hey Merch. You mentioned in another thread about the Vanguards and Blackrocks having to pay fees they won't want to pay for a reverse split. Does that mean they would sell their shares at the announcement of a reverse split, or they would pump money in to buy shares to cause price to get back to $1?
