$TWG I could really see this going in any direction i picked up about 2k shares taking small bets if it goes the way of $SPWR so be it. I think this is something you pick up in small amounts willing to lose it.

$SMCI There’s even a chance the company is currently insolvent. Everyone thinks the danger with restatements are that revenues might be lowered or costs increased. Over and understatements are generally almost beat case scenarios for restatements because it’s hard to just falsify that, it usually involves playing with unearned and deferred. Wrong, the danger with restatements is that your restated financials are in breach of covenants and that banks can retroactively call their loans. Boom, insolvent. See $SPWR
