$SPI Based upon price action it appears that markets are signaling imminent bankruptcy. I also thought around April sold my huge position at huge loss. I have bet again against markets perception. Now I am patiently waiting for markets to proven wrong!

$SPI 10/23 The Letter notified the Company that it may appeal the Staff's determination to the Panel by 4:00 ET on October 22, 2024. The Company has accordingly submitted a request for hearing before the Panel. The Staff Determination has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company's common stock on Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company plans to fulfill each of the conditions as stated in the Staff Determination, apply to the Panel for the hearing & comply with the procedures for the Panel hearing. As highlighted in the Letter, the hearings before the Panel are typically scheduled to occur approximately 30-45 days after the date of the hearing request. The Staff Determination also noted that a request for a hearing regarding a delinquent filing will stay the suspension of the Company's securities only for a period of 15 days from the date of the request. When requesting a hearing before the Panel, the Co. would also be able to request a stay of such suspension, pending the hearing.

$SPI I know there is lots of negativity about this stock, and for valid reasons! Anyone besides me think or feel that the company management which is mostly Denton will solve the issues currently faced!

N $SPI So can shorts play and make negative remarks as they please. But, SPI has several major manufacturing plants, strong solar & other EV companies in their sub companies working positive for them.

$SPI Yes, I agree with you. I have seen those games. Especially if people have stop loss at these prices. This stock is already like holding options. Where you know that stats are against you. More than 95% chances of loss the moment you buy a call or put. Good thing about the stock is that one can get out as long as it continues to trade!

$SPI Good news is that there are no more sellers left. The remaining holders are determined to go down with the ship if it be! In short term likely not much downside but who knows. I have been wrong about SPI so many times for last 4.5 years!

Well you could adjust charts to look @ aftermarket trading. Central Bank's major announcement! Reserve ratio cut, interest rate cut, officially launching share buyback and shareholding refinancing.

@Almac77 Well Nasdaq is proceed according to their own rules! They could have delisted $SPI after 14th but since SPI is appealing by appealing, they can gain up to a total 5-7 weeks at least. If appeal is successful and upheld most likely more time will be granted!
