$SMLR personally I think they go private or are an M&A acq. 57 million cash, no debt and EPS prediction over $4 for '2024. Do you not think people have this on their radar. Management will not put up with a stock drop from $50 to $30 with a 20% growth rate and 510 clearance for a much wider modality within a year(probably second half of this year)

$SMLR Stock shouldn't have been at $50 while transitioning but shouldn't be at $30 either. PAD bonus payments under the Medicare Advantage (MA) risk model are being phased out over 3 years (this is old news from a year ago) but the company should receive FDA approval on expanded cardiovascular indications within next 6-9 months where there are replacement codes under the risk model. As payers are still receiving 2/3 payments in 2024 they will wait for approval on new codes before doing much. Lake Street, which asked about this on the conf call, is looking for $75.5M in 2024 Sales and EPS of $4.42. They continue to be elligble for full reimbursement but their business strategy has focused on MA sponsors who get the bonus payments (e.g., United Health, Humana, etc.).
