$SICP literally nobody can answer that because the company gives us no information...they have lawsuits they're trying to get dismissed but who knows when they will get resolved....teen if they are resolved will silvergate rebuild its business and when?

User Image Bobfarr Posted - 10 hours ago

$SICP so what is the likely end result here? Bought before they stopped trading at 2.43 dollars.

$SICP the only thing about Silvergate that I simply can not stomach is taking a repayment on the loan to MicroStrategy for pennies on the dollar. Le or Saylor should just BUY whatever crumbs are left for Silvergate and move on. This was such an absolute rug pull fueled by the uneducated in office.

$SICP they don't need the bank piece...they need the tech and expertise

$SICP Since it is most obvious now that we will see a Bitcoin Bullrun next year, SICP can gain on this momentum as any company can acquire SICP help it not liquidate as they are debt free and have all the experience in the world to deal with Crypto related transactions... their only mistake was FTX.... But nobody saw it coming i mean none... Forbes, other international agencies not even the SEC... so you cant blame SICP solely for trusting FTX and giving them loans... But the good thing about SICP is they are Debt free and hold excess cash and enough personnel to go back running again.. HODL..

$SICP one last post for the day...not exactly recent but certainly relevant especially in light of fiat stablecoins in the news https://www.ledgerinsights.com/silvergate-cuts-staff-postpones-diem-stablecoin/

$SICP it seems they terminated a stock offering, the remaining unsold shares of which will be effectively withdrawn from the offering...not sure if this is 100% accurate or it it tips the scale but fewer shares to divide up and proceeds from liquidation if they indeed go that route

User Image Motleyrules Posted - 4 days ago

$SICP according to options activity, I plan to hold thru Jan 19th 2024. If it doesn't happen by then, I'll have some nice capital losses for 2024

User Image Anonimo2 Posted - 4 days ago

$SICP why would they issue shares if they are liquidating?

User Image Bullrinner Posted - 4 days ago

$SICP An S-8 filing is a regulatory filing required when companies plan to issue equity as shares or stock options to their employees or officers

User Image Anonimo2 Posted - 5 days ago

$SICP I see they filed like 5 forms today....can't understand what they're for though....can anybody explain? That's a lot if filings in one day
