$SICP Christopher Lane (son of Alan Lane, former CEO) who was hired by Silvergate (nepotism!) filed today (11/21/2024) to appear in this case as well. https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011212480000000311.pdf Additional counsels to Christopher Lane: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011212480000000317.pdf https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011212480000000321.pdf https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011212480000000323.pdf https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011212480000000327.pdf

$SICP The problem is we do not know what assets Silvergate has. SEN ? That market void has long been filled. The market had 2+ years to create a solution and they were more than ready for the 2024 bull run. Unless Silvergate has BTC stashed away , i fear that the common shareholder will get sweet f-all in value.

$SICP 24hr volume is over 1 million and the price still the same. They will make a movie about us diamond hand holders. The title will be either "The Worlds Dumbest Investors" or "The New 1%er Retail Investment Strategy". Either way this story is too wild! And nobody understands the significance of this one dilapidated stock!

$SICP do we really think so at this point? hasn’t that ship sailed?

User Image Fastflyer05 Posted - 11 hours ago

$SICP I believe that Stilwell will turn this into something even greater than before.

User Image Fastflyer05 Posted - 11 hours ago

$SICP This should return to the active exchange. The demand is very high for Silvergate assets.

$SICP I hope these 2 crooks who started the bankrun will be investigated: remember this? https://x.com/Heritage/status/1619006157389008897

$SICP @Loaded100Percent It's absolutely infuriating that these crooks tried to manipulate Chapter 11 bankruptcy to dodge the consequences of their crimes. The evidence in this filing makes it crystal clear that Alan Lane (former CEO), Kathleen Fraher (former CRO), Antonio Martino (former CFO), and a host of current and former directors and officers—including board members M. Lempres, P. Colucci, T. Dircks, and S. Reed—are nothing but common fraudsters. They’ve been swindling Silvergate's investors for several years! This kind of blatant deceit is completely unacceptable!

$SICP Stretto deleted double uploads. These 2 filings/links are working: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011192480000000417.pdf https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011192480000000418.pdf The 4 current, crooked board members Michael Lempres, Paul Colucci, Thomas Dircks, Scott Read must be forced out and be replaced with honest and trustworthy people! Unbelievable that these 4 crooks haven't resigned voluntarily yet.

$SICP Two very interesting and revealing filings from late last night (11/19/2024) regarding Silvergate's Omnibus Objections of the Debtors to reclassify some Claims": Objections to indemification claims (306 pages): https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011192480000000417.pdf I suggest, you read at least the following pages: Silvergate's objections: (Date: 11/19/24, pages 1 - 37) SEC Complaint (Date: 07/01/24, pages 69 - 133) Class Action Complaint (Date: 05/11/23), pages 134 - 306) Well, the content of this filing confirms that Alan Lane (ex-CEO), Kathleen Fraher (ex-CRO), Antonio Martino (ex-CFO) and lots of former and current directors, officers (including current board members M. Lempres, P. Colucci, T. Dircks, S. Reed) etc are criminals and have been defrauding Silvergate's investors since at least 2021!! Even the underwriters are listed as defendants! Shocking, disgusting, despicable etc. I hope Silvergate sues the hell out of them and some end up in jail. Objections to some other claims (22 pages): https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011202480000000517.pdf

$SICP @Loaded100Percent so I’m guessing we won’t hear or see price actions until January 2025?

User Image goforapollo Posted - 2 days ago

$SICP Me watching my $MSTR investment hit $445 ($4450) is crushing. For clarity , you could have bought 1000 shares of Silvergate OR 100 Microstrategy for almost the same price (pre split) at the end of Q4 2022. The worse call I have ever made in my life was averaging down on Silvergate vs buying more Microstrategy. Silvergate needs to be $445 at this point to be happy which will never happen.

$SICP Today (11/19/2024), Silvergate (the debtors) received the following "Notice of Deposition of the Debtors pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(B)(6)" from the underwriters' counsels: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011192480000000114.pdf The deposition is scheduled for 12/10/2024 (see filing). According to the following filing, Silvergate (the debtors) had to produce and submit some documents to the underwriters' counsels: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011192480000000115.pdf I wonder what the underwriters want to know from Silvergate (the debtors).

$SICP once again. IGNORE THE PRICE. It is irrelevant at this point until this moves to a proper exchange. Hell ill even take OTC at this point.

User Image Ckasem Posted - 2 days ago

$SICP we lasted 6 minutes with the price at .66 then straight back down to .50… What a joke!

$SICP Filings from today (11/18/2024). The following group of underwriters also wish to appear in this case: Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Canaccord Genuity LLC, Compass Point Research & Trading, LLC, Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC, Wedbush Securities Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and UBS Securities LLC Would be interesting to know why. Maybe it's related to the issuance and placement of Silvergate shares since 2021. $SICP Interesting and important (amended) motion with date Friday, 11/15/2024 from Silvergate regarding the "Estimate Contingent and Unliquidated Indemnification Claims of Current and Former Directors, Officers and Employees". With 416 pages quite long, but the first 45 pages are worth reading. https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011162480000000209.pdf Silvergate estimates that the maximum amount it could potentially have to pay (in addition to the already paid amounts) for so-called indemnification claims by current and former directors, offices and employees is $10 million (their estimate is $300 million (!!), see page 2). The bankruptcy judge granted Silvergates motion (see page 39). Which in my opinion is positive since now we have the maximum amount of $10 million and the uncertainty about this amount is gone (e.g. for potential buyers of Silvergate). The hearing regarding this amended motion is also scheduled for 12/19/2024. Objection date is 12/06/2024. See: https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011162480000000210.pdf

$SICP The following "Affidavit/Declaration of Service" filed today (11/15/24) lists the recipients (of the filings mentioned) working for Stilwell Activist Investments LP (owns 12.4% of Silvergate) and Exploration Capital Fund LP (owns 16% of Silvergate) on this case. Pretty impressive! Looking forward to the coming days and weeks, to Stilwell's investigation results and to the hearing on 12/19/24. https://cases.stretto.com/public/x353/13020/PLEADINGS/1302011152480000000128.pdf
