$SBUX market its a buy and sell...liquidity will come at some point before next er??? Spy and all mega cap stocks are way overpriced and overbought!!! Even JP Morgan said that their stock is way overpriced and will not do a buy back??? We have to see.???

User Image RiseAboveTheRest Posted - 4 hours ago

$SBUX People are fed up with paying $7-$14 coffees. I'm happy to see they are being more competitive lately by offering combos and bogos, but that will cut into their profit big time. They are headed in the right direction, but at the end of the day, most consumers care about a balance in price and quality. Remember, even addicts have a limit to what they are willing to spend. Cigarette usage is a great example.

$SBUX easiest hold ever. Sit back and reap the dividends. This will see 90+ in no time, eventually 100+. This is Disney all over again IMO.

$SBUX A couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine who works in an automotive parts store and owns 2 well-behaved cocker spaniels, asked the manager at a Starbucks why they sell their drastically overpriced beverages to all of their gullible and brain dead customers. The manager responded without batting an eye, "These stupid a**holes would buy any garbage at any price just to 'fit in'".

$JVA $MDLZ $SBUX $REBN $LKNCY Coffee stocks. Coffee Holding's (JVA) net debt is just $300,000 at the end of Q2, so JVA's current Enterprise Value is only $8.5 million. Based on today's results, Revenue in FY 2024 will exceed $80 million. Therefore, JVA currently is dirt-cheap.

$SPY I have 7 longs and 4 shorts this week. All but 2 longs are working very well (2% - 3% up moves today), and 3 of 4 shorts are getting absolutely annihilated for the same reason.😅 Last week I had on more longs than shorts. But this weekend I went through the index and couldn't find as many short setups. A couple of my longs are bounce plays within downtrends ($SBUX and $TGT). $RSP (equal weight S&P) is moving higher today, so it's not just mega caps. Chart below shows small, mid, large and mega caps YTD on a 4 hour chart. Most recent bar shows everything is popping to start the week. If orange and pink could start moving up while red and green cool off, we'd have less of a breadth problem which is getting a lot of attention right now.

$SBUX $GME - Still ripping higher = Outside and Up = Letter soak!! 🤘🤑🤘

User Image K00LLuke Posted - 2 days ago

$SBUX I don’t write much on this board. I’ve owned Starbucks when they were at @5,000 stores so needless to say I am OG on the white chocolate mochas. The unions will ruin Starbucks if they were to win. California $20 min wage is already taking its toll. But the no tax on tips could make the service industry boom again. Starbucks needs employees and they need hard working ones. They offer health insurance, stock options, tuition reimbursement and the more professional the baristas the more often people repeat purchase. Starbucks serves the 2 most consumed drinks in the world tea and coffee. And the #1 is water and their water is tripled filtered reverse osmosis which is why their teas and coffee taste different. I am long and if you don’t like coffee try a medicine ball extra lemonade.

In 3 days $SBUX announces the next dividend. No doubt $0.57 again.
