It’s pretty rare when an mREIT shows up on a scan of growth stocks. And in this particular case this one’s reasonably priced. That’s really unusual. With interest rates heading lower, yields will too. And just that alone should push the mREITs higher. $RWT has a dividend of about 9%. It also has a price target on it of $1 higher than it’s selling for. That’ll add another 13%-14%. That’s a nice increase for any stock but I think these shares could move even higher. It may take a little while but $14 would not be unheard of. Options are monthly and they may not bring in a lot, but any little bit added to the rest should put the return on this trade well over 25%. This might be of interest to @Kauai. Or maybe not. 😉
